Two dozen religious organizations fell on the Black List of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation

Almost two dozen religious organizations remain in the so -called "black" list of the Ministry of Justice of Russia and can be liquidated in court.

As the director of the Department of Non -Profit Organizations of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation Sergey Milushkin, the department of the department of non -profit organizations of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, previously reported on the official website of the Ministry about 56 religious organizations, in respect of which it is planned to submit claims for liquidation.

To date, 19 organizations are left on this list, the Ministry of Justice noted.

“The only basis for the inclusion of religious organizations in the specified list was the failure to submit to the Ministry of Justice (previously, paintings) of information provided for by the Law on its activities within 5-7 years,” S. Milushkin emphasized.

He pointed out the positive effect of this measure. "The task of publishing a list is the widest and most early notification of religious organizations that committed violations about possible legal response measures in order to resolve the problems that have arisen in a pre -trial order," said the representative of the Ministry of Justice.

According to him, "by November 25, 37 organizations fulfilled the requirements of the law and submitted reports, which served as an unconditional basis to exclude information about them from this list."

The director of the Department of the Ministry of Justice called on the "governing bodies of the remaining organizations remaining on the list of organizations by the end of 2008 to eliminate the noted violations."
