At the same time, in an unofficial conversation, the agency’s source said that, according to preliminary investigation data, “at about 09:00 to Boris Livanov, his neighbor went to visit (born in 1978), after joint drinking of alcohol, they went to the stairwell, where a quarrel arose between them, overgrown with a fight.”

“During this fight, Livanov Jr., according to preliminary information, hit his opponent with a kitchen knife several times in the chest. The young man died from the wounds,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

According to him, Boris was detained, and "in the near future he will be charged under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional murder)."

Earlier, the media wrote that in 2003, a criminal case was already initiated against Boris Livanov for trying to kill, but then it was terminated.
