An entrepreneur shot down in Moscow

In the center of Moscow, the owner of the ticket of Sobi, Vladimir Zubkov, was shot by Gazeta.ru. According to the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, Zubkov’s body was found in his apartment in the house in Rolny Lane at about 18.00. “His wife came home, and he lies dead, shot himself. A carbine nearby,” the press service said.

Meanwhile, as Interfax reports, the entrepreneur shot himself in his car. He drove up to the house, sat in the car for a long time, after which he left, took a carbine from the trunk, and committed suicide. The Central Internal Affairs Directorate does not officially confirm this information. The operational-investigation group is working at the scene.

The main version of investigators is suicide due to business problems. In 2006, Intourist made Zubkov a proposal to buy his concern, but the transaction was never completed. Now, in connection with the crisis, the Sobi concern was in a difficult situation.

“Most likely, the matter is in a crisis. He really had big problems with the company, so he shot himself,” said the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, noting that the Cubkov murder version is also being considered.
