The organizers of the marshmallows of the disagreements change tactics: on the day of the disagreement on January 31, in Moscow there will be no single place for the collection. At different points of the city, a series of protests organized by the OGF, National Bolsheviks, Defense, AKM and other movements will simultaneously take place. The next day, fighters with raising caros are planned to hold the next all -Russian action. The leaders of the unsystematic opposition - Boris Nemtsov, Maria Gaydar, Oleg Kozlovsky, Sergey Udaltsov, Maxim Reznik are talking about the new tactics of disagreements and the prospects of joint actions with motorists and other protest groups. Read also the comments of Ivan Melnikov (Communist Party) and Vladimir Litvinov (Russian Automobiles Federation).
Oleg Kozlovsky , Movement "Solidarity":
As for the day of the disagreements, we decided to try such tactics. This is due to the fact that now we are not able to hold a real march, because we already understand that it will be prohibited, the authorities will always find some reasons for this. According to the experience of last year’s marches, we present what will happen there: people will be delayed regardless of whether they do something or not, they violate the assembly law or not. Muscovites have already seen enough of the paintings of the dispersed marches of disagreements. We would like to change it. We would like to bring something new into protest activities, to the protest activity of Russians, and we need new tactics. We will not give them such an opportunity to appoint a rendezvous with riot police. We will act differently, we will hold small comparatively promotions in different parts of the city, where they are not waiting for us, and where there is really the opportunity to speak, express our point of view and safely disperse. We do not strive for the maximum number of detentions, we do not have such a task. We have the task of expressing our protest against government policy.
I think it would be nice if we could hold a joint action with motorists so that the maximum number of people and organizations could perform. It would be louder. But at the same time, if this does not happen, it's okay. This will allow people to participate within two days in two promotions. I think most of us will support motorists. So far, there was no such initiative, but, of course, if such an offer is received, we will discuss it. I personally think that would be nice.
Sergey Udaltsov , "Avangard of Red Youth":
The opposition is in search of optimal street protest tactics, given the serious opposition from the authorities at various levels. Therefore, I would not yet make far -reaching forecasts. The form that is proposed, in my opinion, has its advantages - independence from the decision of local authorities, a surprise to the authorities. On the other hand, there are its disadvantages-due to the closeness of information, it is difficult to provide at least the minimum number of participants.
It seems to me that you need to use different methods, try both, look at what is more effective. I think that we will try this method on January 31, then we will analyze. Only practice will show how effective it is.
About motorists, I think, there is still time. Let's try to bring the positions closer-perhaps they will participate in any form on the 31st. There are still many events ahead, I think that we can still bring our protest lines closer and perform synchronously. There is still no complete synchronism. Motorists also have different coordination centers, not so homogeneous, the principle of interaction has not yet been developed. Such a task is worth it, and I think that in the near future it will be possible to solve it.
Maria Gaidar , politician:
Motorists want to hold promotions on their topic without mixing with general politics. They have the feeling that they can be used. Indeed, they themselves organized, they themselves come out. They have the feeling that if they are pushed into the general ranks of the disagreements, they will not achieve anything, or maybe they will only make themselves worse and it will be even more difficult to get something from power. Experience shows that when people begin to appear on a specific topic and especially when they are faced with pressure as a result of this - they are prohibited, dispersed - they, of course, very often become disagreed. But this is such a path that people can go, but they may not go.
As for the day of the disagreements, this is an organizational issue. If it’s so easier for them to gather people, let them do it: I do not see special political meaning in this idea.
Maxim Reznik , St. Petersburg "Yabloko":
The day of the disagreements - this idea has the right to exist, since it becomes pointless to try to agree with the authorities to hold any shares of the opposition. So you really need to change the format of holding stocks and offer something in this direction. Another thing is that I am not yet sure that this is how you need to act.
As for the fact that on January 31 this is scheduled, I do not like that in Moscow a day is appointed when in St. Petersburg it is necessary to hold certain protest promotions. This should be done by representatives of the St. Petersburg opposition on their own. I have nothing against January 31, although I think it's too early. In order to hold a promotion and notify a sufficient number of citizens more time, from my point of view. And the very form of relationships does not seem correct to me. No need to solve everything from Moscow.
It seems to me that we need to look for the possibilities of joint shares. All this is due to the ambitions of various political organizations - from my point of view, unjustified and harmful. But in many ways this is due to the fact that all decisions are made in Moscow and descend to the regions. The Petersburg "Yabloko" always independently decides to participate in certain shares, and we ourselves will think when and how to hold shares in St. Petersburg. I advocate that the largest number of different organizations hold shares together.
Boris Nemtsov , Movement "Solidarity":
Otherwise, the number of disagreements is growing, and in itself the idea of disagreements deserves attention and support. Another thing is that the authorities are now moving into the paranoia regime for this man -made conflict with Ukraine, frozen cities in Europe and so on. The response of the authorities to a civil protest is still more or less predictable and terrible: riot police, internal troops, cruelty to their own citizens. Therefore, people must firmly understand that, participating in the protest marches, they risk.
Whether it is necessary to hold joint shares with the Communists, motorists - this is the question of now, by and large, it does not matter, oddly enough. We will spend much more time on the coordination of slogans, flags and so on than on specific events. I think that the time will come - and the idea of joint actions will be so obvious that the leaders will not have to persuade to sit down at one table with each other. In the meantime, apparently this time has not come.
Ivan Melnikov , the first deputy chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party:
We plan on January 31 a powerful protest, which will be held throughout the country. And we see this not only as a share of the Communist Party, but as, first of all, a civil action. The Communist Party is only the organizer, and organizes it for the people. So to say that we are not setting unification tasks is wrong. We want to unite people who are becoming more and more clearly the depravity of modern Russian capitalism. To unite those who understand that within the framework of the policy pursued today their interests are not protected. Realizing that only the path of updated modern socialism is the path to a stable and strong state, the well -being and development of each person. The Communist Party has an anti -crisis program, we want society to recognize and support it.
And it’s not clear to me what “another Russia” has to do with it. Behind them there are neither people nor creative ideas. So there is absolutely no need to unite for the sake of a red word. As for motorists, we have already cooperated. And I think that in some places the shares can be jointly. We do not want to attract them by the ears in politics. Everything has its time, they will still come to left -wing ideas.
Vladimir Litvinov , representative of the Federation of Roads of Russia in the Far East:
Explaining our position is very simple. The fact is that the march of disagreements is political requirements. To demand the abolition of duties from the prime minister and at the same time demand the resignation of the prime minister at least illogical. Therefore, motorists do not put forward political requirements as such. Motorists put forward economic requirements, that is, cancel duties. There are people on the march of disagreements whom I would not want to see in the country at all: there are many fascists, many nationalists, many people who are not friends with their heads, and we would not want to be nearby with such. This is first. It does not matter what they are called the opposition. Someone wants to be in the opposition with them - please, but we do not want to.
Secondly, our requirements are economic. We, unlike the "disagreements", are well aware that there is no difference, who will take the presidency or prime minister, because yet this gangster-oligarchic bow will end, we have no difference who is in the government. But we can defend our economic requirements. Therefore, the only thing we will do is to defend economic requirements.
