Formally, Diliev is suspected by law enforcement agencies of the murder on May 13, 2006 of businessman Mustafa Shidayev. This murder took place on the Arbat, near house number 10. According to our sources, Shidaev, who was constantly walking with guards, was not alone this time, he and his people tried to resist. However, the killer was also accompanied by armed men. While the "infantry" on both sides sorted out relations between themselves, the killer fired four times from a Makarov pistol from his knee: he hit the "client" in the chest, stomach, leg and arm. Shidayev died on the operating table of the Sklifosovsky Institute.
This murder made a lot of noise in authoritative circles, since Shidayev was not just a businessman, he was an active member of the Lazan criminal group, closely associated with special services, and, according to our information, managed "corporate" property - primarily real estate in Moscow and the region. Shidayev was involved in at least one criminal case of kidnapping a businessman for ransom. In addition, according to the operational reports of the RUBOP, his brother was killed during a special operation to eliminate terrorists in the Theater Center on Dubrovka.
The order to kill Shidayev came from Chechnya, where after the second war the field commanders who came to power had nothing to share. And the property of Chechen businessmen in large cities of Russia became the sphere of their interests.
Shidayev, unlike many, was not going to give away the business. However, his murder did not lead to the desired result - after the death of Shidayev, his property fell under the control of one of the most authoritative members of the Lazan - Movladi Atlangeriev. A man closely associated with the special services, whose relative's wedding was attended by the deputy director of the FSB. A man who carried out very delicate assignments and, as a result, got into a scandal with an assassination attempt in London on Boris Berezovsky. It was Atlangeriev who was arrested by Scotland Yard in 2007 in a London hotel and expelled from England.
Diliev, who is suspected of killing Shidayev, was arrested in Moscow under circumstances that have not been clarified to the end. According to one version, in the parking lot, according to another - in the President Hotel, next to the apartments of Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov. It is worth noting that a very narrow circle of close associates has access to the Moscow residence of Kadyrov.
Apparently, Diliev was just such a person. His biography is curious: at one time he was listed as a serviceman of the GRU battalion of the Ministry of Defense "Vostok", which was headed by the Hero of Russia Sulim Yamadayev, who is now forced to hide abroad. Diliev was one of the first to leave his battalion commander, about whom, even during his service in Vostok, he spoke impartially and, according to our sources, had personal complaints against him. After his departure to Kadyrov, an opponent of the former owner, according to some reports, he took the position of representative of the President of Chechnya in the power structures of the Vvedensky district of the republic. However, he spent most of his time in Moscow, being subordinated to another curious character - Bislan Khakimov (aka Zelimkhan Israilov), nicknamed Bes.
They say that during the murder of Mustafa Shidayev, Diliev drove a Honda Accord car, after that he was already seen in Moscow driving a Prado jeep, then he switched to a silver Mercedes-220 with Chechen numbers, which was issued to another owner. And at the end of 2006, someone from the leadership of Chechnya presented him with another Mercedes - the 221st - for special merits, presumably. Recently, Diliev changed his image - he stopped wearing sweaters, put on a suit, cut his hair short and had a simple plastic surgery - he removed the hump from his nose.
Such generosity and precautions, according to our sources, may be due to the fact that Diliev is likely involved in several other high-profile crimes. In particular, to the murder of two prostitutes, filmed by high-ranking Chechen officials in the Moscow restaurant "Prague", but not to their liking. In addition, Diliev was detained on suspicion of preparing an assassination attempt on the former mayor of Grozny, Bislan Gantemirov, but he was rescued from the police by a certain man in civilian clothes, who showed an identity card of an intelligence officer.
Our sources believe that the investigation would do well to check Diliyev for involvement in the murder in 2007 of Alikhan Matsuev, a close attorney of the current Deputy Minister of Justice, former President of Chechnya Alu Alkhanov. As well as his involvement in the murder of the former State Duma deputy, Sulim Yamadayev's older brother Ruslan, who was shot near the White House at the end of 2008. (According to some reports, a silver Mercedes with Chechen license plates was again seen near the crime scene, driven by a major of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs.) It would also not be out of place to conduct an examination to verify that Aslan Diliev matches the figure of a man leaving the house on Lesnaya street after the murder of Novaya Gazeta columnist Anna Politkovskaya.
By a strange coincidence, the owner of another (or the same?) silver Mercedes (license plate E777NE 177) is still the same patron of Diliyev, nicknamed Bes. According to our sources, several dozen people are at his disposal in Moscow.
His Mercedes, equipped with an "all-terrain vehicle" - a special document that allows you to avoid stopping and inspection - a year ago, on January 31, 2008, was near the Moscow restaurant "Karetny Dvor" at the time of the abduction of Movladi (aka Ruslan) Atlangeriev. Who, we recall, took up the property of the murdered Shidayev and is a good friend of another member of the Lazan criminal group - Lom-Ali Gaytukaev: the uncle of the Makhmudov brothers, defendants in the murder of Anna Politkovskaya, convicted of attempted murder of Ukrainian businessman Gennady Korban.
And Bes himself, aka Bislan Khakimov (Zelimkhan Israilov), according to our sources, stopped a bus in Moscow on January 5, 2009 and started a showdown with its driver. At the same time, at the time of the arrest, both Khakimov and his friend, who was sitting with him in the same car, trumped the certificates of the officers of the Internal Security Service of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Bislan Khakimov is not the first time he becomes an active participant in the showdown in Moscow. Not so long ago, having not shared something with representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora, he was stabbed in the stomach, spent a long time in the hospital and after a short time again ended up there with a crushed jaw - having received a mount in the face from the bus driver, fired from Stechkin. Obviously, sorting things out on the roads is a favorite pastime of Bes, a confidant of a State Duma deputy, a member of United Russia, former Deputy Prime Minister for law enforcement agencies of Chechnya, Adam Delimkhanov. On March 18, 2007, a certain person named Khakimov Bislan did not share the road with the driver of the "nine" S.A. Kochetkov in the same way. 1979 year of birth. As stated in the police report, a fight broke out between the drivers and passengers of the car, who did not give way to each other. “As a result, Kochetkov S.A. fell and hit his head on the curb, sustaining an injury from which he died at the scene. How the criminal case ended is unknown.
Criminal cases that end in nothing, and interventions by special services officers are also a very common occurrence in cases where law enforcement officers of Chechnya are involved in crimes.
It is still not clear how it was possible to release two Chechen policemen who arrived in Moscow with a killer's kit, including a "vintorez" for shooting at armored vehicles, who were detained in October 2006 by police officers of the Khamovniki Department of Internal Affairs. Then Bazhanov, an officer of the central apparatus of the FSB, came to rescue them. They were released a few days later. Bazhanov, as reported by the leaders of the FSB, was fired, although, according to our information, he still goes to work in the same rank. Moreover, the list of combat groups sent to Moscow in the autumn of 2006 was handed over by us to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation - no one was detained. And where did these "screw cutters" work?
So it turns out that Moscow was flooded with Chechen police officers, equipped with special passes and a license to kill. They know perfectly well that any of their crimes will be covered up by their leadership, which has the undivided credit of the Kremlin's trust. They feel like masters here, who are allowed to set gangster rules on the roads of the capital and in its offices. They - outside the jurisdiction - are completely sure that it was not Russia that annexed Chechnya as a result of two wars, but Chechnya annexed Russia. They are not afraid of anyone. They feel like masters of the situation, and they consider us all as their hostages. They come to the capital in Mercedes with trunks full of weapons, kill their enemies in the city center, kidnap people and take away other people's business, shoot a regular bus with passengers that did not give way to them, their main argument is Stechkin.
