In the structure of the proposal of suburban households for remoteness from the Moscow Ring Road, objects of 16-30 km (32%) and 31-60 km (32%) are prevailed. In zones up to 15 km and from 61 to 100 km, 24% and 12% of the quantitative volume are concentrated. The largest quarterly price increase is marked for objects removed 31-60 km from MKAD (+10.0%). The maximum annual growth fell on the households located at the maximum distance (61-100 km from the Moscow Ring Road). In 2008, this indicator amounted to +43.9%.
In differentiation by the categories of objects of price leaders in 2008, summer households (+43.8%) became the smallest growth in cottages in organized cottage villages (+15.7%). It should be noted that in 2007 the situation was the opposite: the peak annual growth then fell on cottages in cottage villages (+35.8%), and the outsiders were cottages (+6.6%).
The leader at the average specific price of the offer in the 4th quarter of 2008 remains the Rublevo -Uspensky direction - 148.9 thousand rubles/sq. m, the most democratic direction is Ryazan - 50.7 thousand rubles/sq. In the last year, objects located on Leningrad (+49%), Belarusian (+43%) and Kursk (+41%) directions were valued at the last year.
