The decision on the self -destruction of the ATP is recognized as legal

The Tagansky court of Moscow recognized the decision of the November Congress of the "Union of Right Forces" on the self -destruction of the party. Thus, the court rejected the corresponding claim of the member of the Federal Political Council of the ATP Maria Gaidar and the Moscow cell of the political association, Interfax reports on Wednesday.

The court announced only the resolution of the decision. The motivating part, where the grounds will be set out by the court rejected the declaration of the decision of the Congress of the ATP illegal will be prepared within five days. After receiving the full version of the decision, it can be appealed on a cassation order within 10 days.

Maria Gaidar told reporters that she intends to appeal this decision in the Moscow City Court. "Our most important application - the demand for the protocols of local meetings in the framework of the preparation of regional conferences - was not satisfied," she said.

Recall that the Congress of the "Union of Right Forces" decided on the self -dissolution of the party on November 15, 2008. On November 16, the ATP, along with the Democratic of Russia and "Civil Power", entered the new Liberal Party "Just business" .

As previously said by the lawyer of Istsov Vadim Prokhorov, an application for the illegality of the self -growing ATP was obtained as a result of the unification of two claims - from the former member of the Federal Political Council of the ATP Maria Gaidar and from the Moscow branch of the party. The court made the decision to combine these two statements according to the results of the preliminary hearings, the plaintiffs petitioned the association.

Maria Gaidar and the Moscow branch of the ATP in their court claims are asked to recognize the decision of the Congress of the "Union of Right Forces" on the self -destruction of the party illegal. As a justification of their statements, the plaintiffs indicate violations committed, in their opinion, in the course of preparation for the congress and during its implementation.

Activists of the Moscow branch of the ATP also claim that their rights are violated by the liquidation of the party. “For example, we will not be able to participate in the elections to the Moscow City Duma,” the ex -head of the Moscow cell, Vladlen Maximov, explained to reporters.
