In the suburbs, the case of the murder of a guest worker, according to which the son of the ex-coach of CSKA Valery Gazzaeva passed, was handed over to the archive

In the Moscow region, the case was suspended about the murder of a native of Moldova, a defendant of which was the son of the former coach of the football team of CSKA Valery Gazzaev. The materials were handed over to the archive in September, but it became known only now.

The Investigative Committee at the prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation reports the suspension of the case in which the 27-year-old son of the famous football coach Valery Gazzaev Aslan, as well as his friends, was witnessed, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the head of the investigative department under the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region Andrei Markov. The court decided that the death of the Moldavian builder occurred by negligence.

Recall that the murder of a Moldova citizen Georgy Morary occurred on June 7, 2008 in the village of Setunka, Moscow Region, near Moscow, where the Gazzaev family has a summer residence. A group of young people who rested on it is involved in the crime.

The workers who worked on the area near the Gazzaevs later said that on that day the coach’s son came to rest with two friends and a common acquaintance. In the courtyard, they fried barbecue, and then decided to have fun with shooting from the Saiga gun, for which permission was designed for Aslan. Young people began to take turns shooting empty bottles and banks that were installed on the fence.

The mound from Moldova, who worked at one of the cottages as a guard, was near the Gazzaev house on the way from the village store, where he went for groceries. According to some reports, young people shot at the fence along the tangent trajectory so that the bullets did not break the fence. One of the charges and scooped up in a man passing by.

The crazy bullet landed the guard into the liver. Bleeding, the wounded man only crawled to the gate of the nearest house, where he was discovered by the Gazzaev’s neighbor Evgeny Kolbasov, who was disturbed by shooting.

Aslan and his two friends did not even notice the wounded and learned about what had happened later. Young people shot at the banks in turn, and therefore remains an unknown who exactly fired.

Seeing a bloodied man at his gate, Sausage rushed to him. The wounded man opened his eyes for a moment and whispered: "Please call an ambulance." However, the victim never waited for help - Morar died of abundant blood loss. The migrant worker did not reach his home only 100 meters. He had a wife and two young children in his homeland.

According to eyewitnesses, it was Aslan Gazzaev who fired a fatal shot. At the same time, immediately after the tragedy, he behaved strangely. As the neighbor said, Aslan quickly left the cottage in his car, and his phone was unavailable.

Meanwhile, in his testimony, Aslan, his friend and girl admitted that they shot from a gun (the fourth friend simply watched). However, they allegedly did not see the moment when the Moldovan was injured.

On Monday, June 9, the former coach of the CSKA football team Valery Gazzaev himself brought his offspring for interrogation to the Odintsovo Prosecutor's Office. They were also accompanied by the famous lawyer Anatoly Kucheren and several more relatives of Aslan.

Investigators later reported that the lawyer immediately took the correct position, according to which it is impossible to accurately establish the personality of the person who made a fatal shot.

On this basis, in September, the court ordered to send the case to the archive, which became known only now. However, if in the future investigators identify new facts, the criminal case will be resumed.
