In the Moscow region, a criminal case has been instituted against a policeman who released a recidivist, who attempted to robbing. Two weeks after that, the criminal stabbed a 7-year-old boy who defended his sister from the pedophile.

The criminal case was instituted by the Investigative Department of the city of Noginsk-9 under the regional prosecutor's office against the senior operative of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Noginsk, writes the Gzt.ru newspaper with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies. The senior lieutenant of the police, Alexei Kiselenko, is suspected of abuse of authority that entailed grave consequences (Article 285 of the Criminal Code). So far, he has not been charged with him, but this is a matter of time.

According to investigators, if local law enforcement officers were conscientiously related to their duties, then there would be no murder of seven -year -old Zhenya Tabakov in Noginsk. In November 2008, the boy at the cost of his own life saved the older sister from the pedophile.

The tragic story of the little hero received a great resonance. To understand the reasons for the brutal murder, as well as to punish the guilty who made the crime, the head of the UPC Alexander Bastrykin demanded. It became clear that this story would not be able to "hush up".

Now, new scandalous details of this case have become clear. It turned out that before the attack on the apartment of the Tabakovs, the recidivist Sergei Kiyashko was already in the field of view of the police. Two weeks before the murder of Zhenya in the same Noginsk, the criminal tried to rob a young woman, deciding to tear a chain from her. However, then the attacker frightened to help the victim of the neighbors.

The victim wrote a statement, which was accepted by the operative of Kiselenko. However, according to the detectives, Kiselenko did not delve into the essence of what happened and attracted Kiyashko only for beating (Article 116 of the Criminal Code), while he was obliged to institute criminal proceedings at least for the attempt on robbery (Article 30 and 161 of the Criminal Code). In this case, the case would be handed over to police investigators, and given the “rich” past Kiyashko, who, in total, served 17 years for murder, robberies and robbery, the court would probably authorize his arrest.

"The police officer did not fulfill the audit in full, did not give proper assessment to the facts indicated by the victim in the application, and thereby did not warn a heavier crime," said Julia Zhukova, official representative of the investigative department at the Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office. According to her, the operative "knew very well not only about the beatings, but also about the other corpus delicti." Nevertheless, he "left only a light part, deliberately hiding another."

As a result, Kiselenko for a week and a half finished the verification of the crime and handed over the case materials to the magistrate court, which did not even have time to proceed with his consideration. Meanwhile, the recidivist continued to walk at large and at the end of November made a daring attack on the Tabakov apartment, where only small children were at that moment.

With the first conclusions of the investigation, the mother of the murdered schoolboy agrees. “It is very correct that this policeman will be called to the answer,” says Galina Tabakova. “The person must be responsible for his actions, especially when he is designed to protect others.” The woman believes that if the law enforcement officer would immediately "react and did not work through the sleeves", then her son would be alive now. "

We add that Kiselenko threatens up to 10 years in prison.

As a result, due to the abuse of the guard of order, ordinary citizens had to catch their duties with his duties, and at the cost of their own lives. It was possible to catch a recidivist only thanks to the heroism of the second -grader and the courage of the man who detained the suspect a few days after the tragedy on his garden plot.

Recall that the 33-year-old visiting from Astrakhan Sergey Kiyashko had already served most of the 17-year period for robbery and murder seven years ago. After the release, he could not get a job in his native Astrakhan, and therefore moved to relatives in Noginsk. However, there was no work for the former prisoner.

On November 25, Kiyashko wandered around the quiet military town of Noginsk-9, when he came up with the idea of ​​robbing one of the apartments. The man went into the porch of one of the houses next to the central square and called the first door in his eyes. He was opened by 12-year-old Yana Tabakov, and her 7-year-old brother Zhenya at that time played in the room. There was no one else in the apartment, since the parents of the children were at work in a military hospital.

Kiyashko took out a knife and rushed to Yana demanding money and values. “We don’t know!” The girl cried. “Uncle, let go!”

Without letting the older child out of his hands, the robber ordered the boy to look for money, and meanwhile he began to undress Jan. Seeing this, Zhenya ran into the kitchen, grabbed a table knife and, returning, put his stranger into the lower back with a run.

Kiyashko fell and mechanically released Jan, but then jumped up and rushed to the offender. With his knife, the recidivist inflicted eight stab wounds into the back to the second -grader. At that moment, the girl was already sober in the neighbor's call, begging to call the police.

Kiyashko bleeding rushed to flee, and then hid in one of the country houses on the outskirts of the town. The doctors failed to save the wounded child.

Caught a murderer of a summer resident

It is not known how much more time the criminal managed to hide in the vicinity of Noginsk, if not for the bold actions of a local resident. Here he was found by Lieutenant Colonel of the Space Forces Alexander Kurenkov, who came to visit his garden plot.

“Zhenya Tabakov’s act is the act of a real Russian soldier,” Bastrykin believes. “But this story also showed how painful our society is. We must do everything to protect our children. So that this does not happen again.”

The posthumous award of Zhenya Tabakov was attended by his classmates from the second grade "A" of school No. 83 of Noginsk. “Zhenya was the smallest of them. 8 years had to be fulfilled only in March,” said teacher Tatyana Shchetinina. “But he was the most purposeful and fair.
