Large accident in China: 20 people died, 11 wounded

20 people died on Friday as a result of a major accident in China. Another 11 were injured, reports Sina news service.

The car accident occurred in the East Chinese province of Jiangsey, RIA Novosti reports. On one of the local high -speed tracks, a passenger bus rammed a road fence for unnamed reasons and drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with two heavy trucks.

The cause of the incident is currently being investigated.

Meanwhile, according to the Xinhua agency, another traffic accident occurred on Friday morning in the Pudun Shanghai area. The passenger car collided with a minibus, as a result of which four people were injured. They were taken to a local hospital, the condition of three of the victims is still evaluated as critical.

Recall that on March 25, 6 people died and 13 were injured of varying severity as a result of a traffic accident in the city of Nanpin Fujiang Province (Southeast China). During the descent at the bend, the truck lost control, turned over and fell into the abyss. On it from Hubei Province (Central China), a troupe of 21 people rode on a tour in Fujian.

China takes first place in the world in the number of those killed in car accidents. Every year, at least 100 thousand people die here in road accidents.
