"The question of the possible completion of the counter -terrorism operation in the republic will be worked out by the SCA apparatus together with the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense in order to optimize the work on countering terrorism. After studying this issue will be reported to the President of the Russian Federation," the chairman of the FSB Russian Bortnikov said after the meeting.
