Kommersant writes on April 3 that this is the second sanction against the organizers of the rally: earlier, the Ministry of Justice for the Primorsky Territory issued a warning to the regional branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation due to the fact that the procession along the central street of Vladivostok was not coordinated with the authorities. If the department receives a second warning from the Ministry of Justice, it may be completely closed through the courts, so the communists are going to appeal the first warning.

As for Putler, the Primorye communists claim that they had in mind a certain real Putler, who was involved in the auto business and failed due to the increase in duties on foreign cars.
