Credit or bandit? It may seem that in the interval someone managed to call Kudrin on the carpet. But only Vladimir Putin could do this, another candidate is simply not visible. And this does not correspond to the style of Putin. In fact, everything is much more serious.

The economy is suffocating from credit hunger. AvtoVAZ's shock assistance in order to obtain a multiplier effect, the government managed to show, carefully seeking non -credit tools. For example, the transfer of 25 billion rubles from the federal budget to the authorized capital of Rostekhnologies - a state corporation, which owns a blocking stake in the Togliatti Automobile Plant, was used. She, in turn, transfers these funds to expand debts to AvtoVAZ in the form of an interest -free loan. Obviously: this is manual work in the sense that it is not a track that other enterprises can go after AvtoVAZ. The impossibility of obtaining loans exacerbates the crisis. When the borrower agrees to take a loan at the rate of 25–35% per annum, then he and the creditor is just right to lead to the prosecutor’s office: both know - under such conditions a loan cannot be returned. Alexey Kudrin usually looks at this problem from banks. The change of his rhetoric is explained by the fact that he remembered the other side - the real sector.

It is curious that Vladimir Zhirinovsky defended the same point of view at a recent anti -crisis meeting with Vladimir Putin. The Union of Surkov and Zhirinovsky is impressive. But so far Kudrin is successfully opposed to him. The government, in any case, for now, refuses to lower the currency curtain.

The fiscal rebellion of the crisis also caused such fermentation of hardware minds that spilled into a uniform riot. The Federal Tax Service proposed abandoning the mechanism for accelerating the return of VAT, at the same time from banking secrets, and for the company to introduce a new tax of 0.5% of the turnover of funds with which the legal entities pay among themselves for the goods and services provided. You can understand the fiscals: the fees are falling, the deficit is growing - it is time to present creative. They present what they have.

Their reinforced concrete confidence is sad that the only role of taxes is to replenish the budget. Everything else, and above all, stimulating the economy, from crafty businessmen.

This is a rebellion. Meaningless and merciless. The tax service rebelled against its boss - the Ministry of Finance. After all, on Ilyinka they write a completely different bill. As for the new revolutionary tax on non -cash calculations of legal entities, this is so wild that the thought creeps up: the tax authorities specially inscribed it as the cover. The calculation on the fact that criticism will focus on it, but the chances of other fiscal innovations on the implementation will grow. If you emerge from tax hassle, it becomes obvious: hardware unrest intensifies in proportion to the growth of the economic crisis. The risks grow that both banks and enterprises of the real sector are faced. Everything is more critical to the state of the budget. This means that the new riots on the ship’s ship are just around the corner.
