The mayor of Aquille filed a complaint with the police, and the predictor was ordered to immediately stop “intimidating” the population. “No one in the world is able to truly predict the time and place of earthquake,” said Enzo Bosok, president of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology. In an interview with the local media, Juliani said that with the help of a tool that he managed to invent, you can foresee underground shocks. “If we had a network of such seismic sensors, we could track all territories, predict seismic activity 6–24 hours before the earthquake,” the researcher believes. In scientific circles, they clarify that Juliani has no higher education and is a technical employee of the Institute of Physics of Interplanetary Space in Turin, works in the same quality at the National Institute of Nuclear Physics “Gran Sasso”, where he is engaged in experiments on registering neutrino radiation.

Today this specialist is 73 years old. He said in an interview that in 1966, before the strongest earthquake in Tashkent, the level of concentration of radon increased sharply.

In nearby atri, due to the danger of collapses, the main cathedral is closed, one of the most important architectural monuments of Central Italy.
In the town of St. Stefano Sessanio (at the Grand Sasso pass), a medieval tower, built by the Tuscan rulers of the Medici, was considered a symbol of the old city, one of the most beautiful in Italy.
