Speaking at a rally in front of the television building, one of the opposition leaders Levan Gachechiladze "apologized to the population for inconvenience due to the overlap of the highway." The movement from April 9 was blocked on Rustaveli Avenue near the parliament, and from April 10, at the residence of the head of state, where tents and “cameras” are also located. In other areas of Tbilisi, traffic is carried out as usual.
