| Russia has always been the target of any Western expansion to the East. Western armies have always been aimed at Russia.
Thus, at the beginning of the 19th century, Napoleon conquered several European countries before reaching Russia, rich in coal, iron, oil and gold.
Hitler did the same during the Second World War, aiming his huge army at Russia for the same purpose.
Today NATO is following in the footsteps of Napoleon and Hitler to reach Russia. To this end, NATO is exploiting the vacuum left by the collapse of the Soviet Union and what has been called a Cold War victory over the Soviet-led eastern camp. NATO is seriously trying to include all the former Soviet republics and encircle Russia from Central Asia to the Baltic Sea. Before this, the North Atlantic Alliance accepted most of the countries of the former socialist bloc located near Russian borders. This was perceived by Russia as a dangerous provocation and complete encirclement. And this is actually true - after the collapse and destruction of Yugoslavia and the accession of the missing link in the NATO chain to NATO, the encirclement of Russia began.
Russia is a force that is not easy to block, enslave and defeat. This is evidenced by ancient and recent history. Russia has the world's largest arsenal of nuclear weapons, with 16,000 nuclear warheads that can be launched from underground silos, submarines and strategic bombers. There is no analogue to this in other countries. With this powerful nuclear capability, or as Russia calls it the “nuclear triad” (strategic missiles, strategic bombers and nuclear submarines), Russia compensates for any shortcomings in its conventional weapons, military training, mobilization or strategic preparations.
Based on concern for universal peace, we call not to plunge humanity into new adventures, which, unlike the First and Second World Wars, will lead to the complete destruction of humanity.
Provoking and blocking Russia poses a threat to world peace and is fraught with a new large-scale nuclear war that no one needs. Moreover, in many cases the United States proceeded from deliberately false information, stupid and naive analyzes and self-serving, untenable opinions.
Did the West, by encouraging Kosovo's independence, think that the independence fever would spread to Abkhazia and South Ossetia? The analysis of the situation that led to the American war in Iraq was based on disinformation and fabrications. This data was provided by agents who fled their homeland and wanted to gain favor with the American intelligence services.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, there is no longer any reason for NATO to exist and expand. Except if the goal is to occupy Russia and the rest of the world. The United States, like any other country, has the right to self-defense and to live in peace. Their distant geographical location between the Atlantic Ocean in the east, the Pacific Ocean in the west, the Arctic Ocean in the north, and the small states of Central and South America that pose no threat to the south - all this provides the United States with the opportunity to be a safe country for emigrants who settled far away from conflicts and claims of the continents of the Old World.
As a global state, in the founding and prosperity of which all the peoples of the world participated, the United States deserves to have the headquarters of the UN and its Security Council located on its territory today. But the United States today is involved in all aggressive actions in the world. And this poses a threat to the stability, security of the world and the United States itself. America must return to the "Monroe Doctrine", proclaimed by the fifth American president (1817-1825): "Not to interfere in internal problems and relations with Europe, and European states should not advance their colonial influence towards the United States." This doctrine needs to be expanded to include all states of the world.
Europe has the right to be a political and military-economic force, to create an independent political and military-economic entity, to be a new pole in the balance of international political forces. Russia, as a historical and emerging power, must also have the freedom to build its economic and military-political power to defend itself.
A united Europe may well not associate itself with distant America, but be a strategic buffer between America and Russia, as well as between Europe and America, and benefit from Russia’s wealth - oil, gas, and so on. Russia, and not the American continent, is Europe's demographic partner. If Europe had correctly assessed its interests, it would have tied itself into friendly ties with Russia, and not with America. Perhaps the reasons here are of a racial nature or a matter of the status quo: referring to the subordination of Europe to the American occupation after the Second World War.
Stupidity, greed, recklessness and underestimation of the situation will plunge humanity into war or other disaster. But this time no one will profit because it will be a large-scale nuclear war that will leave nothing left.
The world must remember that Russia is not the Soviet Union, this is a very important difference that I draw the attention of the whole world to. The Soviet Union was a vast empire containing historical nations, and this union was forced upon them. The Soviet Union defended ideological dogmas, which, as it now turned out, the people and even the leaders of the Kremlin did not believe in.
Now Russia will not defend a political, economic or philosophical ideology, it will defend Russian nationality, the Russian nation and the very existence of Russia. When the Soviet Union collapsed, ideology collapsed, but not nations. Nations remained and even welcomed the destruction of the Union and its ideology. What's left now? There remains the Russian nation, the destruction of which is unacceptable. If this happens, it will mean the end of her freedom, life and very existence. This is not a matter of life, but death.
To underestimate this situation and not learn lessons from the confrontation with the Soviet Union and its collapse is the same as committing suicide. If those who carried out the previous maneuver repeat it today against Russia, it will be disastrous for themselves. The imperialist policy against the Soviet Union, which has borne fruit, will be disastrous if it is used against Russia. Muammar GADDAFI, leader of the Libyan revolution
