On Wednesday and Thursday, employees of the Department of Economic Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, together with investigators of the Investigative Committee at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, conducted searches in several offices of the Su-155 construction company, Vedomosti reported with reference to the official representative of the DEB.

As it became known to the publication, the searches took place as part of a criminal case under article 171 of the Criminal Code (illegal entrepreneurship), initiated at the end of April. According to the representative of the Deb, we are talking about suspicions of one of the construction organizations that worked on the Su-155 contract and had no necessary licenses.

The Su-155 press service clarified that the organization performed a number of contracting work for the Su-155 in the early 2000s and was not part of the group. The name of the company "SU-155" and the Ministry of Internal Affairs is not disclosed.

According to the source in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, no one has yet been charged with the case, but the investigation will continue and it is possible that other charges may appear. The representative of the IC at the Ministry of Internal Affairs refused to comment. Close to the "Su-155" Source of Vedomosti said that the searches were held in three offices-on the Horde, Kakhovka and Ostrovityanov Street in Moscow.

Yuri Zhdanov, who worked by the president of the Su-155 until March this year, suggested that searches may be related to checking the intended use of funds from the federal budget. A source in the city hall claims that searches in the Su-155 are related to the use of the money of the Ministry of Defense allocated for the construction of housing for the military.
