All participants in the Eurovision final are identified

According to the results of the second semi-final of the Eurovision-2009 International Music Competition, which took place in Moscow on Thursday, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Albania, Moldova, Denmark, Estonia, Norway and Greece were reached the final, RIA Novosti reported. The list of finalists was determined during the vote of European spectators and a professional jury.

Ten participants from the first semifinals - representatives of Turkey, Sweden, Israel, Portugal, Malta, Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Armenia and Iceland also got into the final.

In addition to 20 participants who won the two semi -finals of Eurovision, representatives of the countries of the classical “Big Four” - Great Britain, Germany, France and Spain, as well as Russia, which automatically went to the final due to the victory in the last year’s competition, will also compete in the final on May 16.

In total, 18 contestants participated in the first semifinals, and 19 performers in the second semifinals. According to the new voting rules adopted this year, the finalists are chosen by spectators and members of the professional jury led by Philip Kirkorov. At the same time, viewers determine nine finalists in each of the semi-finals using SMS messages and phone calls, and the jury chooses the tenth finalist.

During the vote, the jury and spectators will be taken into account in the proportion of 50 to 50.
