While the defenders of the Narymsky public garden of Novosibirsk are protecting the public garden from the mayor, he is planting cedars in another public garden. The mayor's office does not have enough money for medicines, but the construction of roads remains a priority. "United Russia" boasted of "their construction projects", and now it protects equity holders. And the mayor of Berdsk is surprised at his head of the department for culture. Who and why was promoted in the Novosibirsk press from May 11 to May 17, read in the traditional PR review of TAIGA.info.
Newspaper "Metro"
Life is real and virtual. Here Alexander Karelin starred in a Finnish documentary (“Ville Haapasalo came to Alexander Karelin”) - this is a virtual life. But “in Novosibirsk, there was a sharp, by 50%, increase in the number of so-called “deferred prescriptions” over the week. Today, there are 900 preferential prescriptions on the “waiting list” (article “Recipe queue”). Oddly enough (and Metro is a good newspaper and this rarely happens to it), the article does not explain what a “deferred prescription” is, but you can guess from the context that the beneficiaries did not have enough medicines and their prescriptions were “postponed”. And Andrey Andreychenko, deputy of the City Council, honestly admits that the main and only reason for the shortage of medicines is the lack of money. Prices for medicines are pegged to the currency and have grown significantly, and for some categories of medicines - as much as three and a half times. Not enough 200 million rubles, which the city council is now asking the governor.
The newspaper "Metro", unlike most of the city's media, did not bypass the rally held in defense of the Narymsky square ("Bad story"). They protect it from development, and a year ago the defenders blocked the Narym highway. "Metro" led the discussion of the rally participants, which was caused by leftist slogans and a large AKM flag. Some defenders of the square were not ready to act under such flags. At the moment, the construction in the park is frozen - the provisional measures of the court are in effect. The position of the mayor's office, which transferred the site to the developer, is challenged in the courts by the prosecutor's office. However, right there on the pages of the newspaper, the mayor of Novosibirsk, Vladimir Gorodetsky, claims: “We did not enter the square even a centimeter, which is why, by the way, we fenced it off. The developer was given land on the site of old houses along 1905 Goda Street - office and sports centers should be built there. That is, according to the defenders of the square, the square occupies the entire area between the streets of Gogol, 1905, Narymskaya highway and Sovetskaya street, and according to the mayor's office - only a part (albeit a large one).
Newspaper "Continent Siberia"
This week, there were practically no materials related to Novosibirsk PR subjects, except for an advertising block with congratulations by Yuri Bugakov (Irmen farm), with which he addressed his colleagues in the Novosibirsk Regional Council on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of this body.
Newspaper "New Siberia"
The publication exaggerates several scandalous stories at once, which got their start earlier. One of them - “Where there are races, there it breaks” - tells that an accident, during which a drunk girl knocked down a traffic police inspector to death, can have a variety of consequences. Firstly, the Novosibirsk traffic police took up arms (allegedly because of this incident) against the organizers and participants of unauthorized car races and car games. Secondly, the girl (according to rumors relayed by the "NS") has relatives either in the prosecutor's office or in the registration service of Novosibirsk, which may ignite a new "turn of war" between the traffic police and the prosecutor's office. The value of the information is not very high: there are relatives or not - it has not been clarified, the rumors are not specific, and the increased attention of the traffic police to "street racers" may be caused by the recent "mass races" on Ippodromskaya, which, by any logic, should have caused tightening on the part of the traffic police.
Another high-profile story is about a “spider official”, the head of the culture department of the Berdsk mayor’s office, who was detained for a bribe, but escaped from custody right from the hospital (where he allegedly ended up due to a heart attack) on the sheets from the third floor. Also, in fact, nothing new - the details of the detention and escape, as well as the bewilderment of the mayor of Berdsk Alexander Terepa, who said that for him "this state of emergency was a complete surprise." Well, of course, a person works with you, works, and suddenly such talents are in him - and he knows how to imitate an attack, and climb up sheer walls.
Valentin Sichkarev is one of those people in United Russia who is engaged in bringing real benefits to those affected by the crisis. Namely, he is engaged in helping equity holders of "problem houses". I was pleased with the next paragraph: “But, alas, the crisis has come. There are objects for the construction of which the amount of money received from equity holders exceeds the amount of funds invested in construction in progress - and the apartments, as a rule, are all sold, and the money went somewhere else. As a result, there is nothing to finish building on, the only option is to invest more money. Actually, this is not a normal situation. If all the documents were drawn up correctly, then equity participation agreements should have been concluded with investors, and it is directly stated there that the money of equity holders can be spent only for the intended purpose, and they cannot go to another object. In such a situation, we initiate an appeal to the prosecutor’s office.” Well, finally, there was a hope that not only equity holders, but also the builders themselves would be responsible for the “jambs” of builders. Another piece of advice is to make developers banned from traveling abroad for five years, so that there is someone to repair the current new buildings when they crack. Everything is ambiguous in our life. There are also benefits from United Russia. Although ... And in what party were the leaders of those very construction companies? Didn't they have posters “United Russia is being built” hanging on their fences during the elections to the State Duma?
Newspaper "Evening Novosibirsk"
What is the most important thing in a crisis? So that there is something to eat, and so that in winter it is warm in the houses. It's not winter now, but the mayor's office decided to provide Novosibirsk residents with daily bread. More precisely - not bread, but potatoes. And not to provide, but to enable. We reached agreements with nearby farms and they lease their fields to the townspeople for potatoes. They can even harrow and weed themselves, for a fee (article “Potato response to the crisis”). Pleased with such enterprise (in the good sense of the word) of the Novosibirsk mayor's office. And there is also reason to believe that potato prices will not rise this year.
Our mayor intends to keep the construction of roads among the priorities. It would be easy to criticize - they say, there is not enough for subsidized medicines, and everyone is investing in roads. But on the other hand, if you spend only on social programs, the entire economy will collapse and there will be no money at all. And if there is no money at all, then there will be no social programs. Difficult decisions now have to be made, that's why the crisis.
The deputies, as always, are on their lane in VN. This time they talk about the fact that payments for life annuity have become higher (this is “in exchange” for an apartment that will go to the municipality after the death of a pensioner). If medicine invents something that will make people live up to 200 years old, this will hit the budget.
Here is some important and interesting information. Now the deputies of the Novosibirsk City Council can be contacted directly via the Internet, and this will have the status of an official appeal. Office plankton, atu! What has anyone accumulated there for the deputies? All on the site of the City Council!
The theme of May 9 (or rather, PR in the form of congratulations) on the pages of VN is being developed by the Municipal Bank and Aleksey Dzhulai (Diskus Plus LLC). Rosbank and Sberbank simply talk about themselves, not “bothering” with references to “red dates.” But “Novosibirsk Mayor Vladimir Gorodetsky, City Council Chairman Nadezhda Boltenko and head of the Dzerzhinsky District Vladimir Krivushkin, together with veterans of the district and the youth parliament, planted ten cedars” (“ Ten cedars in honor of May 9”). It's funny to look at the photo, how Nadezhda Boltenko, in a dress and shoes with a sharp heel, stands on loose soil and throws earth with a shovel to the roots of a planted cedar.
