Plans must be created and implemented. "Lada Finance" is an interesting program, and with proper promotion it will receive prospects. The situation for dealers is now very difficult, the total flow of 85,000 cars is along with the factory, because many cars are stored in UPR (management of regional deliveries). There is nothing to buy them to the dealers. The dealers unanimously say that it is necessary to reduce prices, then you can sell these reserves, although trading at a loss. Nowhere to go: the demand in the market has decreased. If in Germany, for example, the government supports external demand, our demand is practically not supported.

The program that is now launched is very weak measures. But with weak demand, the only way out is only to bring production to this demand. As for 9 new models, and now we can say that 25 models are produced - but it is possible that 4 families. They can be called this and such. This is all from the evil one.

The main problem of AvtoVAZ is an inefficient management and decision -making system. No, they are not idiots. They just do not know how. They are not professionals of the level that could raise the enterprise. The decision -making system does not correspond to what today's situation requires.
