The Nizhny Novgorod District Court rejected the complaint of human rights activist Sergei Shimovolos against the UBOP and the Center for Combating Extremism. The human rights activist argued that the observation established behind him was illegal and violating the constitutional right to the inviolability of private life. The precedent happened in the city where the author lives - in Nizhny Novgorod. In this history, human rights activist Sergei Shimovolos appears, who tried to sue our valiant organs. Shimovolos asked the court to oblige the Ministry of Internal Affairs to withdraw and destroy all the information received in citizens who are not recognized in court in court involved in extremist activities. And the court, of course, refused him.

Frankly, I like it all. I have long believed that the modern Russian state is obliged to legalize and legitimize everything that it and its representatives are engaged in. This is the only way we will understand who we are dealing with. Didn't we know that we had a detective? Personally, I know that interested people read my mail and listen to my phone. The mania of persecution has nothing to do with it: they themselves, when meeting a couple of times, retold I especially liked the places from my same correspondence with friends. There is nothing unique in my experience - it is ordinary. And if some things have become ordinary, they must be drawn up in the form of legislative acts.
