The incident happened around 4:20 pm. In the premises of a garment factory at 2A on 3rd Grazhdanskaya Street, a man doused himself and part of the premises in which he was in gasoline, after which he tried to commit an act of self-immolation.

The police officers who arrived on time managed to prevent the incident. Currently, the man has been detained and taken to the territorial department of internal affairs, where the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
