An employee of the real estate agency, which was engaged in the sale of an elite house worth 650 thousand pounds ($ 1 million) in the British county of Surray, made a drunken party in the building with two friends. As a result, the object was damaged in the amount of 5.2 thousand pounds, Prian.ru reports.
During the party, several windows were broken in a house with four bedrooms, door jambs were torn off and chairs were broken, The Daily Mail writes. Then one of the friends of the 23-year-old agent Joseph Yang stole the keys to the SCODA car of the owners of the building in the garage, got behind the wheel and drove into a tree growing near the house.
The incident occurred on April 11 last year. Shortly before that, Yang filed an application for leaving the agency. The defendants admit their guilt. The verdict will be sent to them a little later this year.
It is worth noting that the owner of the building subsequently managed to sell it for 650 thousand pounds.
