A criminal case has been instituted against the air traffic controller under Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal storage of drugs), it is on a recognizance not to leave and proper behavior.
As noted in the message, the air traffic control in a state of drug use could lead to an accident with severe consequences, since psychoactive substances are preserved in the body for a long period after using the drug.
