Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited the Seliger-2009 All-Russian Youth Forum today, where he met a number of innovative projects proposed by it, promising many authors to support their implementation, ITAR-TASS reports.
So, Alina Petukhova from the Krasnodar Territory spoke about the idea to create bicycle paths in all large cities suffering from road plugs. “Our project can be implemented first in Sochi, as part of preparation for the Olympics,” the girl turned to Putin. “You only need your help to instruct the governor of the Krasnodar Territory.
“This is easy,” he promised, “let the money be allocated.” “Can't you sign an agreement?” Alina was not at a loss and handed the document to the head of the government. “What are the financial consequences for the budget?” Putin asked. “The consequences only for the budget of the Krasnodar Territory,” she assured. “Then let's sign it,” the Prime Minister said, laughing and signed the document.
Then he got acquainted with the project "greenhouse for pensioners." "How do they differ from ordinary?" Putin asked.
The developers explained that these greenhouses are supposed to be placed in territories adjacent to houses for the elderly so that they can do their favorite business. The author of the project noted that during the forum they agreed on the implementation of the project in a number of regions and the first 40 nursing houses will receive their greenhouses in a year, and asked the head of government to sign this project.
"What financial consequences will be for the budget?" - again with a smile, Putin asked, but then put a signature.
Vladimir Putin was also told about another project - free distribution of tests to determine HIV infection. Olesya Pilipchuk from the Novosibirsk region said that these tests capable of getting a result literally after 5 minutes were created by Russian scientists for quite some time, but so far only doctors are used.
“But we want to spread them absolutely free among young people - in clubs, libraries and other places, since the relevance of the problem is great,” said Olesya. This project, according to her, has already been tested in the Moscow region and will be carried out in Siberia and other regions in the near future.
Putin also praised the project involving the construction of solar panels in Mongolia with the supply of electricity to China.
"In Mongolia - 280 sunny days a year, and on the territory of 60 thousand hectares you can build solar panels and sell energy to China," said one of the forum participants. "Where to get so many batteries?" Putin asked.
"Yes, we will build factories there, we have already calculated the cost - $ 37 billion, and profit - more than $ 20 billion a year," the young entrepreneur answered.
"It is very effective, and you calculated the profit due to what?" Putin asked again. “Of course, by selling electricity to China,” the young man answered. “Well, of course, it will still be necessary to build a route for energy transfer.” "Well, well done!" - praised Putin.
The interlocutor of the prime minister also told him about his other dream - organizing cheap Internet access throughout the country, when you can connect by downloading a small program.
"Why do you think that the advertiser will be interested in this?" - asked the prime minister. “He will be interested in it, especially, for example, to stores on the couch, which are interested in direct sales,” the computer, replied.
“Great, it’s hard for me to evaluate it now, but I think it is very promising,” the prime minister appreciated.
The premiere also presented a project related to the use of composite materials in aircraft industry. "We would like you to send us to Chemezov (head of rostechnologies)," said one of the authors of the project. Putin noted that this is a very important topic, promised to assist.
One young man said that he is the author of "technology that allows you to get powders dried from liquid solutions in a stream of non -George air."
"What powders?" - the prime minister was surprised. "Any: egg powder, milk powder, soluble coffee, powders of the chemical, pharmaceutical industry, in construction, and the fact that this is done at room temperature provides new, high quality, the future - for this technology," he explained.
“Let us first give your ideas to the Ministry of Agriculture,” Putin suggested. “Not only in agriculture,” the young scientist asked. “And my attitudes want my attitudes at Mendeleevsky Institute, but I don’t have money, give a grant, and I will dry it, I dry it very well.”
“Vasily (Yakimenko, the head of Rosmolodezh) has big ties, and he will give you a grant,” Putin promised. “This project is needed,” the prime minister appreciated.
The prime minister was also interested in another project - a device made in the form of a cigarette that helps to quit smoking. According to the authors of the idea, in this device there is a special cartridge, in which you can lay less and less tobacco every day in order to finally reduce it to a minimum.
“That's right, this is a good project. I will transfer to the Minister of Health,” Putin said. She also asked for information support in state media. “The information is worth the money,” Putin said, at the same time promising: “I will think.”
Among the authors of the projects with whom Vladimir Putin talked, there were not only young people. So, the rector of the Moscow State Humanitarian University named after Sholokhov Vladimir Nechaev told the prime minister about the educational project.
“We teach young people how to build our life strategy, taking into account the country's development strategy,” the rector said. In addition, teachers tell students about how to "bring their idea to specific numbers, the budget, design it and bring it to the bank, sponsors."
“We strive that by the end of our course, a person was able to draw up his project himself and already go to the bank,” he added. “Good project,” Putin appreciated.
The prime minister walked along the "Alley of Projects", where at the stand "You - Entrepreneur" he was told what needs to be done to find a sponsor, and what requirements he must meet.
The head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Vasily Yakemenko, who accompanied the prime minister, noted that this year a number of entrepreneurs who became interested in some projects and promised to implement them have already visited the forum. The prime minister asked him whether they would monitor their implementation. The head of the agency said they would do it.
During a walk around the camp, the prime minister was accompanied by a crowd of young people who tried to photograph it during each stop. One of the participants turned to Putin: "Vladimir Vladimirovich, help the real sector of the economy, not banks."
"Eat!" - Putin answered the military, standing at the rack quietly and put his hand to his head
Then the premiere was presented to the flag of Sevastopol. “Tomorrow is a holiday of Russian sailors,” said the author of the gift, holding out the flag to the premiere.
A programmer from the Lipetsk region told Putin about his work on antivirus programs and asked him to sign on a laptop, which Putin did.
"You are a wonderful leader!" - shouted one of the participants in the forum when the prime minister passed by. “And you are a beautiful girl,” the prime minister reacted with lightning speed.
The guys from the Kuban noting that now the construction of Olympic facilities is underway in Sochi, Putin asked what measures would be taken for the development of sports in the region and in the country. "I hope those structures that we build will remain there and people will play sports," Putin said.
One of the forum participants asked the prime minister: "How can you get a job for you?" “Through the personnel service,” Putin said. "Is there such a thing? I study for a political scientist and would like to work for you," said the young man. “I'll remember,” Putin smiled.
The girl also turned to the prime minister, who spoke about the plans for setting the musical "Master and Margarita" based on the novel by Mikhail Bulgakov. The prime minister advised her to contact the film director Nikita Mikhalkov, who at that time spoke to the forum participants.
“There Nikita Sergeyevich broadcasts,” Putin showed to the pavilion, where Mikhalkov spoke. “I already turned,” the girl said. "Doesn't it help?" Putin asked. Hearing a negative answer, the prime minister told her that actor Evgeny Mironov heads the theater of nations.
“When we helped him with the theater building, we agreed that he would provide a platform and young authors,” Putin said, promising to tell about the project of the musical Mironov.
The last point of Putin’s program on the forum was the performance on the main stage "Seliger-2009", before which all the participants in the camp gathered. The prime minister positively appreciated everything he saw and wished the participants in the success forum.
