Today, July 30, the Uryadovy Kuryer newspaper published a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, according to which the state gas distribution networks of 42 regional gas supply companies (regional and city gas companies) are transferred to the balance sheet of the subsidiary company NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.

According to the government order dated June 10, OJSC Vinnitsagaz, Volyngaz, Gadyachgaz, Dnepropetrovskgaz, Dniprogaz, Donetskgorgaz, Donetskoblgaz, Zhytomyrgaz, Zakarpatgaz, Zaporozhgaz are losing their gas distribution networks. , "Ivano-Frankivskgaz", "Kievoblgaz", "Kirovogradgaz", "Korostyshevgaz", "Kremenchuggaz", "Krivorozhgaz", "Krymgaz", "Lvovgaz", "Luhanskgaz", "Lubnygaz", "Makeevkagaz".

Gorgazi; "Mariupolgaz", "Melitopolgaz", "Nikolaevgaz", "Odessagaz", "Poltavagaz", "Rivnegaz", "Sevastopolgaz", "Sumygaz", "Ternopolgaz", "Ternopolgorgaz", "Tismenitsagaz", "Umangaz", "Kharkovgaz" ", "Kharkovgorgaz", "Khersongaz", "Khmelnytskgaz", "Chernovtsygaz", "Cherkassygaz", "Chernigovgaz", "Shepetovkagaz", "Kozovagaz" and "Kievo-Svyatoshinskgaz".

In addition, gas distribution networks that are on the balance sheet of other NJSC subsidiaries: Gas of Ukraine, Ukrtransgaz, Ukrgazvydobuvannya and Chernomornaftogaz will also be transferred to the Naftogaz subsidiary.

Previously, it was assumed that such a subsidiary would be Ukrgazmerezhi, created in early 2007 to service the facilities of state gas distribution networks. On May 1, 2007, this company began servicing state gas distribution networks in the Chernivtsi region, which were previously operated by Chernivtsygaz OJSC.

As already reported, the government has repeatedly announced plans to transfer gas distribution networks, which remain state-owned according to Ukrainian legislation, to the balance sheet of Naftogaz in order to improve its financial condition and increase control over gas supply.
