According to the Olympic program in Sochi, 600 multi -storey buildings will be repaired. This was announced by the head of the capital construction department of the Sochi administration Sergey Pavlenko.

He noted that 152 high -rise buildings are reconstructed this year. "The reconstruction will include the repair of the facade, roof, and, if necessary, engineering networks and elevator farm," Pavlenko quotes Interfax quoted.

According to him, the main stage of reconstruction is scheduled for autumn. "On September 9, auctions will be held at 60 houses, a month later - 72 more," said the head of the UKS of the Sochi administration. “Construction organizations from all over Russia will take part in the auction,” Pavlenko added.

According to the data of the target program of the Krasnodar Territory, "Ensuring the construction of Olympic facilities and the development of the city of Sochi as a mountain room and balneological resort (2008-2013)", for major repairs of 598 multi-storey buildings in Sochi will require 9,918,172 rubles.
