"KAMAZ", having stood August, launches the main conveyor

During August, almost all the factories of the company did not work. KAMAZ sold cars collected earlier. A week earlier, the implementation of the production plan of the month began three plants of the procurement cycle.

On Monday, the largest Russian manufacturer of trucks of KamAZ OJSC resumes the work of the main assembly conveyor, which has been stopped since the beginning of August, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the director of the Department of Information Policy of Oleg Afanasyev.

"As expected, the main assembly conveyor of the automobile plant will start on September 7. A week earlier, three factories of the procurement cycle began the implementation of the production plan of the month. The foundry and blacksmithing plants, combined as part of Kamaz-metallurgy OJSC, and at the very beginning of the technological chain of trucks, created the necessary cover of the harvesting and disarmed them into mechanical browning production of others KamAZ units.

According to him, on September 3, the Kamaz-Diesel and KamAZ-Autotechnicals (Zainsk) were resumed, supplying engines, wheeled products and other auto components to the main assembly conveyor. All production workshops are involved at the press -frame plant, and the mechanical processing units are involved in the automobile plant.

KAMAZ OJSC ranks 11th among the leading world manufacturers of heavy trucks and eighth place in the world in terms of diesel engines production. The unified complex of the company includes 13 large specialized units for the development, production, assembly of automotive equipment and auto components, as well as the sale of finished products. In total, 96 enterprises are included in the KAMAZ group of companies.
