Don't believe me? Well, you're doing the right thing. The people are silent, the people don’t care. Most of the people are not even aware that the law has already been approved by the Duma in the first reading. The country's leadership continues to hope for innovation, the creative activity of scientists and the implementation of large-scale projects.
