Mikhail Prokhorov can buy "New Jersey Nets"

Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov considers the possibility of buying the American basketball club New Jersey Nets.

According to Prokhorov in his Internet journal, in response to the proposal to finance the construction of a new arena for the team, he put forward a number of conditions.

The following conditions are given in Prokhorov’s blog: the New Jersey NTS control package moves to its group for a symbolic price, it provides a loan for construction and attracts Western banks, Russia will receive an equal place in the world basketball elite and access to the methods of the US National Basketball League.

Owners of New Jersey Nets, who urgently need to find funds for the construction of a new arena until they comment on Prokhorov’s proposal.
