The company Deripaska will save Sochi from traffic jams

The company "Transstroy" Oleg Deripaska will help Sochi to get rid of traffic jams. The price of the issue is 22.8 billion rubles and a couple of months of trial, the Vedomosti write.

“Tunnel detachment - 44” (TO -44), part of the “transstroy”, was recognized as the winner of the competition for the construction of the highway, according to the protocol of the competition commission of September 29, published on the site Zakupki.gov.ru. The company will build the first section of the understudy of the main Sochi highway - the resort prospectus (5.7 km of the road, four bridges and three tunnels). The only rival of the winner was the Omsk NGO "Mostovik". At the starting price of the contract, 28.9 billion rubles, Mostovik offered 26.5 billion rubles, and TO -44 - 22.8 billion rubles.

This lot in the middle of summer was almost won by another contractor. Then, the same TO-44, St. Petersburg Flora and Metrostroy and Sochi Tuneldorstroy competed. The lowest price - 22.999 billion rubles - then offered Flora. The application of the TO -44 was rejected - the submitted envelope contained three sentences instead of one. TO-44 complained to the OFAS in the Krasnodar Territory, explaining the appearance of three applications with a technical error. The OFAS issued the order to cancel the procedure for opening the envelopes and extended the deadline for receiving applications, the service employee said.

"Flora" tried to appeal the decision of the OFAS and the actions of the competitive commission, filed a lawsuit in the arbitration of the Krasnodar Territory, and in early August the court postponed the competition before the decision. But on August 24, Flora filed an application for the termination of the case.

“We are interested in all infrastructure facilities in Sochi,” says Ivan Kuznetsov, CEO of Transstroy. The company will participate in the competition for the engineering protection of the Imeret Valley (2.5 billion rubles), which was announced yesterday, as well as in competitions for the construction of the second and third sections of the oakproof prospectus.
