“The Sverdlovsky District Court of Irkutsk sentenced 10 participants in the crime to conditional imprisonment for various terms. So, four organizers of the crime received seven years probation, two police officers who were charged under article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of power) received a suspended sentence of two years in prison, four more members of the group received three to six years probation. . The court sentenced one to three years in a strict regime colony. More than 100 witnesses were interrogated in the case, more than 50 of them were recognized as victims. The verdict has entered into force,” the source said.

In January 2005, several lawyers, accompanied by two police officers, seized four enterprises: Second Freight CJSC, IGATP N 2 OJSC, Sib-race LLC, Shans-2000 LLC. All of them were created on the basis of a motor transport enterprise in the Kuibyshev district of Irkutsk. Documents reflecting the economic activity of enterprises were taken out of the office premises, property was stolen and destroyed. The lawyers who processed the documents for real estate transferred ownership of it to other people. After that, the takeover of companies was carried out. Damage to property owners amounted to about 13 million rubles.
