Initially, the Moscow authorities planned to realize the premises belonging to the city in the second stage of Tsuma with an area of more than 6 thousand square meters on September 29 - then the largest trading trading for the sale of minedvism was supposed to take place this year. Within the framework of these trading, it was planned to put premises for a record amount of 3.2 billion rubles, including the area in the Central Department Store and a monument of regional significance to the Kotov-Fomin estate. The starting price per square meter in Tsum was supposed to amount to 8 thousand dollars.
However, in the future, the Tsuma and the estate of Kotov-Fomin were postponed to November 3, since the Moscow authorities decided to hold an additional advertising campaign for these facilities at the Expo Real International Exhibition in Munich. But later, the estate was removed from the auction so that its individual parts - the main house, the outbuilding and the historical building of the 1895 buildings, put up for sale separately - were not acquired by various customers.
"As for the Central Department Store, there were no applications for it, so we will remove it until better times," Averalov said. He added that Moscow will return to the idea of selling squares in a year, "in the growing market."
