In the Moscow region, the son of the famous actor Vasily Livanov, who played in the cinema, was sentenced to the legendary detective Sherlock Holmes. Boris Livanov was found guilty of the brutal murder of a neighbor, perfect during the celebration of the New Year.

The Khimkinsky court sentenced 35-year-old Boris Livanov to 9 years in a maximum security colony, Life News reports. The man was guilty of the death of Igor Khromov, with whom he met in the company of friends in 2009.

As previously reported, the murder of Igor Khromov occurred at about 9:00 on January 1, 2009, when the couple Boris and Ekaterina Livanova in a large company of friends celebrated the New Year in the apartment of their 38-year-old girlfriend Elena Gorokhova. A quarrel broke out between the actor’s son and his friend Igor, during which Livanov, taking a knife with him (according to another version - an ax for cutting meat), led a friend out of the apartment to the landing.

There, Boris Livanov inflicted on his victim first several strokes with fists over the body, and then three stab wounds in the chest and neck. From the wounds received, the victim died on the spot.

The investigation lasted almost a year. During this time, many examinations were conducted, including psychiatric.

Experts recognized Livanova Jr. to be sane, although he had long had problems with alcohol, and mental illness developed on this basis. However, all this, according to psychiatrists, did not affect the state of Boris at the time of the murder.

The 74-year-old Sherlock Holmes himself Vasily Livanov was heavily worried about the misfortune that happened to his son. He visited Boris in the isolator, came to court meetings with lawyers.

Lawyers tried to do everything in their power in order to mitigate the punishment as much as possible. They even nominated their version of the death of Igor Khromov - supposedly a brutally tormented man was mortally poisoned by alcohol .

“The stab wounds that were inflicted on Khromov are not fatal,” said the medical expert attracted by lawyers. “But the dose of alcohol accepted by him is murderous.”

According to the expert, 7-8 ppm of alcohol was found in the blood of the murdered. And this despite the fact that death can already cause 4-5 ppm. In addition, the expert rested that due to intoxication, Khromov was poorly coagulated by blood, which, supposedly, led to death.

However, all these legal tricks did not give a result, and Boris Livanov was a harsh sentence.

The drinking companion seemed an opponent

The media at one time wrote in detail about this murder. According to some reports, jealousy was the reason for him - Livanov Jr. was jealous of his wife to the murdered chrome.

Early in the morning, the company of Friends Livanov went for a new portion of alcohol to the store, and Boris, which won after New Year's Eve, suddenly “saw the opponent”.

According to the neighbors, the killer, who is intoxicated, continued to strike Chromov, even when he was already lying without movement. At the same time, Livanov, according to the media, tried to raise him with the words “Get up, soldier!”, He beat his head on the steel corner of the elevator cabin and jumped on the victim’s head.

According to the witnesses, the entire floor and stairs after a fierce massacre were flooded with blood, and the murderer threw the mutilated corpse next to the garbage chute.

The murder weapon was never found. According to the wife of the suspect Ekaterina Livanova, she personally got rid of the material, throwing her hatchet through the window.
