In the Krasnodar Territory, the police are looking for a killer who made a daring escape from the court immediately after the sentence is announced. At the same time, the offender was missed and could not catch up with eight guards of the law.

19-year-old Mikhail Hook, who was found guilty of triple murder, committed from personal hostility based on homophobia, was put on the wanted list. After the young man’s escape, the criminal punishment threatens his grief conviora, the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda writes.

This story is similar to the plot of an action movie: a young man from a Maykop, who had just passed a severe sentence for a massacre, jokingly runs away from a whole crowd of escorts.

As follows from the case file, on January 18, Mikhail Kryuk decided to walk tightly with his classmate from the technical school. One of them took a car from his parents, after which friends went to Krasnodar to hang out in a nightclub. There, the comrades met three not young, but very wealthy men from the Abinsky district. They treated new friends with wine, and then ordered a snack.

The strange generosity of the "adult uncles" of the pupils of the technical school did not bother: they were already satisfied with the fact that they did not have to spend money on a drink.

“Have you gone to Novorossiysk?” Offered one of the men. “We'll look at the sea.”

The proposal was accepted, and the drunken company went to the sea. When the men reached Abinsk, one of the new friends began to gently stroke Mikhail on the thigh and offered to call on his house. Obscene offers took off the young man.

Mikhail Kryuk took out a knife from his pocket and attacked men with him. While the student killed two, his friend at the technical school was already strangling the driver. Having finished the reprisal against the fellow travelers, the killers removed the gold rings and chains from them, turned their pockets, took expensive mobile phones.

"Professed" the killer

The policemen reached the trail of the criminals only a week later - she helped the recording from the surveillance cameras, which were installed in the club, where the tipsy trinity with two comrades fell.

And last Tuesday, a harsh sentence was sentenced to homophobes. They were charged with Articles 105 (murder) and 158 (theft) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. One of the defendants received 10 years in prison, and Mikhail Hook - 15. They will have to serve his sentence in a maximum security colony.

However, whether the main killer will be punished is no longer clear. When the ministers of the law passed him a sentence, the convicted only cast a formidable look at the judge, grinned and turned to one of the escorts to put on the handcuffs on him. The guard snapped the ring on the convict’s wrist, and the second tightly squeezed in his hand.

At 20:00, six people were taken out of the courtroom - the head of the convoy, his deputy and four overseers. Mikhail Kryuk and his convoy was waiting for a driver with a dog handle, ready to "immerse a ward" at Avtozak (vehicles for transporting prisoners). At this moment, the sentenced escaped from the cordon, jumped over the fence of the court's courtyard and disappeared in the dark. The escorts rushed after the fugitive, but his trace caught a cold.

“We immediately introduced a plan for the interception of“ Vulcan -3 ”,” said Ilya Shakalov, head of the press service of the Krasnodar Internal Affairs Directorate. “They blocked all the exits from the city. Now in fact a service check is being carried out.”
