In the "Loves-Lovushki" it was reported that the number of the national identification card (internal "passport" Thais) or mobile phone number registered with the addressee of the letter was selected according to the principle of random numbers. It also said that the recipient of the notification won the lottery.

Over the past Thursday, 14 people from a two thousandth search list were found, who succumbed to persuasion and appeared in the appointed places for their wins. All of them were immediately arrested. Some of the "lucky ones" were wanted for more than six months, and two - more than a year.

“They probably felt like the last fools. Especially those who were on the run for more than one month,” Lieutenant Pankongchen said, not without some gloating, after the successful completion of the operation. He also suggested that such experienced fugitives might have thought that the police forgot about their search, and therefore "relaxed."

“I thought all the morning today - to go for a prize or not. They wrote to me that I won the gift check of a large department store. And I wanted, and somehow it was not bad. And yet I decided to come and came across,” the elderly woman said with a puzzled smile. She was among the caught criminals and was previously listed as a wanted list for several months to deviate a large road fine.
