Employees of the Department of Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia took part in the raid of the underground sewing factory. Illegal production of clothing was organized in the city of Noginsk near Moscow, Interfax reports with reference to the press service of the police department.
“Children from whom all the documents were selected were under round -the -clock security in the barracks that were not adapted for living,” the police explained. “They were operated in the production process of the sewing workshop, forcing them to work at night.”
At the same time, teenagers were not paid wages, and weekends were not provided.
“Young slaves were fed twice a day with bread and mayonnaise,” the police document said. “Children were not provided with medical care, in case of disobedience or refusal to work, the children were punished.”
According to Vermor, adolescents aged 11 to 17 years old picked up among the poor and illiterate parents living in Kyrgyzstan, a native of this country, who was registered in the Moscow region.
"Juvenile parents promised that their children would work in sewing production, they would be paid 5 thousand rubles a month," the Ministry of Internal Affairs added. The underground manufacturer also claimed that the children would be provided with "three meals a day and excellent living conditions."
Currently, minor citizens of Kyrgyzstan have been transferred to the ATC in the Noginsky district, where minors had a conversation with them, and the doctors examined.
Together with the children, illegal migrants who were with them were detained, as well as "one of the members of the criminal community that made sure that the children did not run away."
On the fact of the use of slave labor of minors and the detection of underground proceedings, the issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided. "The material was transferred to the investigation department for the Noginsk municipal district of the SCP of the Russian Federation in the Moscow Region," the document said in the document.
