Shurman pleaded guilty

In Perm, the former collector Alexander Shurman partially pleaded guilty to the abduction of 250 million rubles of Sberbank. It is reported by ITAR-TASS. Two accomplices of Shurman - his wife Elena and the driver, who brought the shurman from the crime scene to the house, Dmitry Khudyakov also partially pleaded guilty. The father -in -law of the main accused Rashid Salimzhanov, who was accused of storing the stolen money, pleaded his guilt completely.

The hearing on the merits began on December 29 in the Leninsky District Court of Perm. After the court heard the accused, a decision was made to interrupt in the process until January 12.

According to the investigation, on June 25, Alexander Shurman, threatening with automaton to two partners - the senior collector Sergei Balandin and the Iskasser driver Valery Elovikov - abducted 250 million rubles from a special vehicle. He forced the driver to turn into a forest in the Dzerzhinsky district of Perm, pulled out bags of money from the car and, taking away mobile phones from his colleagues, locked them in the car for transporting values. After that, Shurman got into a car waiting for him, which was Khudyakov, who was driving him, and disappeared. It was found after 8 days in a dugout in the forest of the Kirovsky district of the city.

The nineteenth on October, Shurman was charged with the final edition - under paragraphs “A” and “B” of paragraph 4 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code (“attack using weapons by a group of persons by prior conspiracy in order to seize property on an especially large scale”). According to the results of the examination, he was recognized as sane.

Elena Shurman and Dmitry Khudyakov are accused under the same article as the main person involved in the case. Elena Shurman is under the subscription about the lower room, and Dmitry Khudyakov was arrested. Salimzhanov was charged under paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 175 (“acquisition of property obviously mined by criminal means, on a large scale”) and article 316 of the Criminal Code (“covering a particularly serious crime”).

The stolen amount was returned to Sberbank almost completely. The fate of one million rubles, which Shurman transferred to Salimzhanov, remains unknown. He claims to be drunk and does not remember where he hid the money.
