A list of cars that can be bought with a "utilization" discount of 50,000 rubles has been published

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has prepared a list of models of Russian assembly cars, which will participate on March 8, 2010 in the program for the disposal of old machines. They will be available on sale at a discount as part of an experiment to stimulate the acquisition of new vehicles instead of failed and submitted for utilization, Prime-Tass reports.

As stated in the materials of the ministry, the list includes: the entire AvtoVAZ line, UAZ cars, GAZ group models, including the new Volga Siber sedan, cars produced by Izhavto, including Kia Spectra and Kia Sorento, Models of the Taganrog Sonata, AcCent, Accent, Accent Santa Fe, Tagaz Road Partner, Tager, LC 100, Sollers cars - Ssang Yong Actyon, Kyron, Rexton, Actyon Sports .

The list also includes such foreign cars assembled at Russian factories as Fiat Doblo Panorama, Fiat Linea, Fiat Albea, Nissan Teana, Nissan X-Trail, Toyota Camry, Volkswagen Tiguan, Isuzu Nlr85, Chevrolet Niva, Chevrolet Niva, Chevrolet Captiva, Chevrolet Cruze, Opel Antara, Opel Astra, Fiat Ducato, Ford Focus, Ford Mondeo, Renault Logan, Renault Sandero, Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia .

As previously reported, cars of any production were accepted for disposal, produced in 1999 or earlier, having a mass of not more than 3.5 tons, which are full -complex, owned by the last owner for more than 1 year, with full sets of documents confirming property right.

The car owner who decided to participate in the program needs:

Bring an official dealer handed over a car with a certificate of disposal from the Ministry of Industry and Trade printed from the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. To draw up a power of attorney in a dealer center in a simple documentary form to perform operations for deregistration, transfer to the recycling point, receipt of a recycling certificate. To sign an agreement on the basis of which the dealer will perform the above operations on behalf of a citizen (before receiving a certificate of disposal, the car will be at the dealer). Pay up to 3,000 rubles under a recycling agreement.

Then he needs to choose and reserve a new car from the above -given list at the dealer. Upon receipt of a fully executed and completed recycling certificate - to complete the design of a new car.

Citizens who hand over the old car in the scrap for buying a new car at a discount can contact official dealers and authorize it for committing all actions, or take it out on their own and put it in util.

The expected term of circulation of documents, if all actions take place in one region, are 3-5 days. Upon receipt of a completed recycling certificate, a citizen buys a new car from the list approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade with a discount of 50,000 rubles.
