The bailiffs continue to demolish houses in the "river"

On the morning of January 26, the bailiffs demolished two unfinished houses in the Sadovniki garden partnership in the west of Moscow, Igor Kostyshin, official representative of the FSSP Office in the capital, told RIA Novosti. According to him, the work continued from 6 to 8 in the morning. He emphasized that first of all, unfinished houses will be demolished.

On the same morning, a fire occurred in the village: a dilapidated house burned. The fire was extinguished, as a result, no one was injured.

According to the "Echo of Moscow" a resident of the village of Alexander Navrotsky, at 2 a.m. a special forces came to the village, "80 Man", which surrounded the village. Law enforcement officers do not let anyone into the village and do not let out from it, the radio station claims. The second day in a row, the owners of the houses in the “riverbank” cannot leave the village to work, on Monday about a hundred children could not go to school. Navrotsky claims that at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, under the leadership of the bailiffs, the demolition of the 10th house in the village began. Now heavy equipment is standing near the house, about which there is no court decision, another resident of the village claims.

Earlier, representatives of the Public Chamber said that they managed to agree with the district authorities on the moratorium on the demolition of houses so that the residents managed to take out their things. In the Federal Bailiff Service, information about the moratorium is refuted: executive actions may stop only by court decision.

The demolition of houses in the village of "Rechnik" began on the night of January 21. The court ruled that since the village is located on the lands of the specially protected park "Moskvoretsky", it is forbidden to build capital buildings here. Residents of the village claim that they disputed the court’s decisions on their homes and, before the final decision, any actions of the bailiffs are illegal. On January 25, the owner of one of the demolished houses complained that he had disappeared money and jewelry stored in the building, and antique furniture was significantly damaged.
