The police themselves used the informal protection of the police: they put a table with magazines in the trading floor, a comrade in uniform sits, reads, for 2000 rubles a day to his superiors. The fact that through the police you can buy (not “on the forehead”, of course) ammunition and drugs are far from news. The title for bribes is very often. The "milking" of employees for money is completely.
Kytscher
I believe in it !!! I quit due to the fact that in 1993, riot police turned into a commercial company to extract money, almost every officer had points from which they had money!
Keytal
I arrived from the service and watched the news, was very surprised !!! I work in the Moscow riot police, however, not in the 2nd battalion-why was I so surprised? Finally, this entire reverse side of the special forces medal broke out and shone in black !!! What can I tell you, stated in the article - however, however, again and again the truth. The fact that someone will carry out checks there, the casual of pure water !!! Just the ordinary composition will be covered with belts and forced to shut up. And you believe me, such violations are not only in the 2nd Bata!
Rebel
I have worked in the 2nd battalion for more than 2 years. Everything written is true. Only one who has not seen this system from the inside can not believe in this. Almost the entire detachment is engaged in roofing (directly or indirectly) or making money to himself and the boss.

I myself work in the police, almost everything is the same there, and what these fighters write is pure true, and this lasts a very long time, and not two or two, and everyone knows about this, about these stick systems, about “business order”. It is a shame that all our generals, who are at the head of the system, also know what is happening in the system, but for some reason everything suits everything, and you will not find the truth anywhere, and you will not achieve anything (they will be fired retroactively-and everything, or they will set it up). It is impossible to work, employees do not think for people, stupidly cannon meat, consumables, a very deplorable situation, people need to be changed, nothing else will do, and the new reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also will not give anything, someone will be enriched and everything will remain the same. They say to reduce by 20%, and whom to reduce? Wards who are directly involved in the protection of public order? There are so few of us, but the colonels and generals who are sitting in their offices are ten per sergeant, and it is not clear what they are doing. Nobody will touch them, nothing good will happen anyway. And the fighters who wrote, respect-well done, men, it is high time to call all the bells, it is no longer possible, and those who write that this is not true, in my opinion the same corrupt as those that the fighters are talking about ...

With one district police officer, our site was familiar. A wonderful guy of about 25, graduated from a police school after some school. When I entered the service, I went around all the inhabitants, met everyone, talked about problems, gave a business card. I didn’t go to anyone, hesitated, spoke in the corridors of the stairwell. Then the campaign began with the expulsion of Georgians. I came to me, because My last name was consonant. Having recognized me, he blushed, apologized that he had worried. But I, outraged by this campaign, quarreled: “When they declare an undesirable element of the Jews, go again. I am also a Jewish. " The poor guy turned to the tips of his ears and muttered: “Excuse me, the order is stupid. I must fulfill. " How much do you think this conscientious guy worked for us? Six months.

When on April 13, 2007, riot police in Moscow surrounded us in a ring and took us to the police, because we drove up to the police department by taxi, where Kasparov was detained, we still did not know that the Moscow riot police, our fighting brothers, would testify against us in court, they say, we participated in an unconventional situation. And after the trial, they made excuses that they were ordered to slander us. We - participants in the hostilities in Afghanistan and Chechnya. In the meantime, for three hours we were kept in Avtosak, we watched how they were stuck from the nearest stores with vodka.
And then we deliberately participated in the "marsh of disagreements." And with your Evtikov they spoke. He hates his people. And he believes that everyone who goes to rallies must be shot. He is a sick person.
And yet. In Chechnya, there is a task of putting peaceful order. Those who say that there is war, they themselves are unleashed. Reread an oath and an oath! I am ashamed, brothers, in front of the dead and mothers of the dead - it’s a shame for you!

I myself work in the police, I think that riot police are telling the truth. The Labor Code in the police practically does not work, however, like most laws and orders inconvenient to leadership. In the police on documentation and reports, everything is usually in chocolate, due to the specifics of the work. The administrative resource is huge here. In some departments, the entire personnel can be replaced in 3-4 years, and the boss will remain the same. According to the article, I think that OMON employees turned out to be hostages of the situation. Most officers do not serve for the sake of bosses, but to their homeland, with hope-someday a fair leader will come (well, do not forget about families), and the current authorities use this. In ordinary employees, patience ended. It is not necessary to discuss the act of riot police, but their leadership, in them the reason, is their hands. The scream of the soul is just a consequence. Those who are silent will continue to be pressed, and they will assume that now everyone lives like that. Courts are the only correct decision, but at this time they will win the leadership.

Since 1861, the Russians squeeze out of themselves, in the literal sense of the word, by drop. We assume that the personnel of the 2nd OMON of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Moscow, its own drop of slavery, albeit with some reservations, but still squeezed out.
Dubious
Even the persecutors of these former OMON employees agree that there is a share of truth in their words. To what size should this share should grow, so that it becomes clear to everyone that the situation needs to be changed? Or will it come to the point that it will be like an old Soviet joke: “The whole system needs to be changed”?

The times and priorities of the start of the creation of the police police detachment sunk into oblivion: at the dawn of the formation of this unit, the composition included for the most part people who went through the war: special forces, specialists in military strategy, and in practice, which is important with this kind of formation.
The facts, about which the 2nd battalion informed the media is evident: everything is true.

On the basis of the actual state of affairs in the Russian Federation, it is quite obvious that: the first (perhaps the most important thing) is to the government profitable to have support in the person of the police with unskilled personnel, in other words, trade unprofitable, namely: the country is not democratic, at the moment criminal power is clearly traced (I repeat, including the government). The crime at the head of the country, of course, recruits the corresponding contingent to the police in order to synchronously ensure their own security primarily. Those representatives of the authorities who have others, one might say, “ideals” are removed by any means, relatively normal of which are sent to hot spots (previously compensated by a more or less decent salary, now - 200 thousand in six months). People, special forces, for example, who returned from the war, are no longer slaves, they have enough reason to try to resist the regime of corruption and crime in the person of the government. And the tops of the authorities “hand over” them, as already, to put it mildly, uncomfortable. A striking recent example of this is the situation with the 2nd battalion of riot police. Someone else will have questions, why is the crime rate in Russia quite high? Personally, I have no similar questions.

No matter how unfair the expropriation is 90 years ago, we must not forget that today all these museums in a sense belong to us. That is, we pay taxes for specially trained people to retain all sorts of frescoes and iconostases there. And if you wish, we can pay another 5 rubles to listen to the tour and bring our children to it, being sure that this tour will be about architecture and history, and not about faith in the Lord God. Or if you really see you, then you can, without tying yourself to faith, independently graduate from some such university and go to work in such a museum. We, thank God, are secular state, and nobody in Jesus Christ does not believe in Jesus.
And now our president with a stroke of the pen takes and gives folk property to the priests, which, for the most part, did not finish the art history institutions and all are collected not for universal good, but only for the organization of a cult for a limited part of the population. That is, we are robbing, gentlemen!
Everyone regrets the poor unhappy church, which, by the way, is one of the large owners in the country. Does she have few temples and monasteries? Nowhere to pray? Why is it necessary to distribute the last museums? It seems to me that, using the terminology of Novodvorskaya, we plunge into the abyss of medieval obscurantism, when a secular state gradually becomes more and more religious, because the authorities are so convenient and profitable. Let them pray to themselves, if only they would not go to the "marches".
