
Salary debts in Russia began to grow again. According to Rosstat, as of February 1, 2010, the delayed wage arrears in Russia amounted to 4.119 billion rubles, which is 15.5% more than the indicator for January 1, 2010, the IFX.RU business online newspaper reports.
At the same time, in December, salary arrears decreased by 29.4% to 3.565 billion rubles, reaching the minimum level since September 2008 (then it amounted to 3.017 billion rubles, after which it began to grow sharply). The maximum debt was observed in April and June 2009 - then it amounted to about 9 billion rubles.
The wage arrears on February 1, 2010 had 0.2 million people (less than 1% of workers in the surveyed types of economic activity), of which 52% were manufacturing workers; 15% - agriculture; 9% - construction; 8% - transport; The share of workers employed in the field of culture, education, healthcare and social services account for 2%.
In January, 94.3% of the total debt was related to the problems of the companies themselves. Due to the lack of own funds in salary debt at the end of January amounted to 3.886 billion rubles. In a month, such debt increased by 15.4% (517 million rubles).
In January, 5.7% of the total amount of wage debts accounted for conscience in January. The debt due to untimely receipt of funds from budgets of all levels amounted to 233 million rubles and increased by 18.5% per month (37 million rubles).
Including debt from the federal budget amounted to 185 million rubles (an increase of 9%, or 15 million rubles), the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation - 27 million rubles (growth by 2.9 times, or 18 million rubles), local budgets - 21 million rubles (increase by 21.4%, or by 4 million rubles).
As for debt due to the fault of the federal budget, at the end of January it amounted to 146.7 million rubles, and 79% of these debts was in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk Territory and the Murmansk region, mainly for the organization of construction.
In the total volume of overdue wages, 52% falls on manufacturing production, 12% for transport and construction, 9% for agriculture.
The volume of overdue wages arrears as of February 1, 2010 amounted to 1% of the monthly salary fund of employees of the observed types of economic activity; In agriculture - 2%.
