ebay launches the Russian version

The most popular Ebay Internet auction in the world promises to launch a Russian-speaking version. Officially, the auction is given to Russia by the PR agency of Edelman Imageland, which will engage in communication support for the launch of an online auction. Ebay will not have a Russian representative office. The fully Russified version of the site ebay.eu/ru will start working on March 16, writes the Bfm.ru business portal.

“However, the descriptions of the products that Americans or Europeans sell will remain in the language in which they were laid out and will not be translated into Russian,” adds Denisov. In addition, a constantly replenished interactive dictionary of popular queries will be created.
