The eternal flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was lit by the head of state. The complex near the Kremlin wall is being reconstructed as part of preparations for the celebration of the 65th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The work is being carried out in two stages: in the first, the complex itself is being restored, in the second, a stele dedicated to the cities of military glory will be built.
