2. Is it true that the car of a private company employee was equipped with special signals? If so, on what basis, since the vice president of LUKOIL is not included in the list of specially protected persons by law, and his car is not used by law enforcement agencies for operational needs? Who issued the permit for the special signal? How is this person punished?

3. How could it happen that the government highway, along which the motorcades of the first persons of the state and leaders of other countries follow, is not properly equipped with video surveillance cameras? Who is responsible for billboards blocking the video review? Who is punished?
