Girls beaten during the demolition of the cottage Muromtsev got to the hospital: the police dropped them from the second floor

Anfisa Boldyrev and Lilia Burganova, who suffered, preventing the demolition of the cottage Muromtsev, are still in the Botkin Hospital. Both doctors noted a concussion. Lilia Burganova also dislocated a hand - from the beatings, she is all blue from brush to the elbow - the thigh is also in hematomas. In Anfisa, bruises of ribs and chest were found.

According to the girls, they were on the second floor of the house when the police arrived. According to their stories, these were ten people in helmets. To free the demolition room, they simply dropped the girls to the first floor, as the stairs burned down during a fire. Then they dragged them out into the street, wringing their hands, and threw them to the ground, the "new news" was transferred.

The girls were called an ambulance. According to Alexandra Chernyak, a former resident of the cottage Muromtsev, they had a shock and they did not feel pain. She also said that there were other victims, they just did not, apparently, did not go to the doctors to declare the beatings. Young people were taken to the police department, Chernyak said. There they were then told: "You came to visit us, but we did not take you away."

Anfisa Boldyreva said that during the demolition of the house, the operative officer Lazarev threatened the defenders of the cottage, pushed people and even threw off the girl’s father from KamAZ. He called the protesters and clowns and demanded to endure all things under the threat of demolition from the bathhouse, saying: "I am now to the psycho and order to break." At the same time, as the girl emphasized, the bathhouse does not apply to the house at all, which means she was not subject to demolition, but she was still demolished.

The girls had to write evidence in the name of Antipov - the head of Lazarev. As Boldyrev said, in the process of testing, pressure from Antipov was felt, even threats to the girls were used.

Meanwhile, the head of the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Southern District of the capital, Valery Buzovkin, explained that "no one behaved in a hamian during the demolition, the police tried to burn out people so that they would not suffer." According to him, in connection with the complaints of girls about the actions of police officers, an official audit of the inspection for the personnel of the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate is carried out. They will transfer the results of the audit to the prosecutor's office.

In addition, he did not submit and did not show certificates for accusations that they did not show the certificates: "And who was to show them? I did not see someone to ask."

Meanwhile, this diverges greatly with the evidence of the direct participants in the incident. So, one of the residents of the cottage Kirill Boldyrev said that neither the bailiffs nor the police presented any documents about demolition. He also said how he saw that police officers simply refused to introduce themselves and present documents when this was demanded by the journalist who was present during the demolition. According to Boldyrev, the journalist was carried away, forbidding to shoot and break the camera.

Recall that the dacha Muromtsev was demolished on March 7, despite numerous protests from the public and outraged by the destruction of the historical monument. The authorities called the occurrence of garbage after the January fire.

Residents of the cottage were going to defend their right to part of the house. As a result, the house was demolished, while a hearing in court was scheduled only on March 15. Lawyer Natalya Rumyantseva called this "pure arbitrariness", emphasizing that this incident falls under a criminal article in the Code of the Russian Federation: the destruction of IL damage to property, which is the subject of the dispute. In this situation, when the right of ownership is already impossible to recognize due to the lack of the building itself, the lawyer advises the victims to file a lawsuit to initiate a criminal case on the fact of arbitrariness, the free press reports.
