The Department for the Investigation of Particularly important cases of the SCP of the Russian Federation for Bashkiria made a final charge of initiating hatred, public calls to extremism and violence of citizens of five residents of Ufa , who published their comments on the Internet.

According to the investigation, Nikolai Shvetsov, Sergey Orlov, Igor Kuchumov, Ildar Gabdrafikov and Konstantin Nesterov were posted on the Ufa Gubernskaya website and comments calling for the creation of administrative-territorial education of the Ufa province. The power in this education, according to the accused, should belong exclusively to Russians, with the restriction of representatives of Bashkir nationality in their constitutional rights, the investigator for especially important cases of the SCP of the Russian Federation for Bashkiria Azat Vakhitov told Interfax on Thursday.

"According to the conclusion of a linguistic examination, the tone of publications was extremely aggressive, with the excess of emotional anxiety, hysterical confrontation," the agency’s interlocutor said. In addition, in published comments, experts found the use of "abundant abnormal vocabulary, shocking insults on personal and national features, provocations in the style of" cultural sadism. "

On August 4, 2009, bloggers were detained. All of them were initially charged with extremism.

According to the investigation, in the period from December 2006 to August 2009, Schwatsov, using his official position of the head of the non -profit organization - the Union of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus and commercial organizations of Nicholas and Company LLC and PZHSK Nadezhda, created an extremist community as part of an assistant to Nikolai Orlov LLC, senior researchers of the Center for Ethnological Studies of the UNC of the Union Igor Kuchumov and Ildar Gabdrafikov, as well as an accountant of PZHSK "Nadezhda" Konstantin Nesterova.

59-year-old Shvetsov was charged under part 3 of article 282. 1 of the Criminal Code (organization of the extremist community), part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for extremist activity), part 3 of article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (calls for violence against citizens), paragraphs "B", "C" part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (excitement of hatred or enmity), part 2 of article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (insult) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The accusations on the last four articles were brought by 42-year-old Sergei Orlov and Igor Kuchumov, 45-year-old Ildar Gabdrafikov. 24-year-old Konstantin Nesterov was charged only under Part 2 of Art. 280 and p. "B" part 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

None of the accused, except the youngest, Nesterov, admitted his guilt. At the same time, according to Vakhitov, they "gave evidence of their involvement in the acts incriminated by him."

Currently, investigative actions have been completed, the accused have begun to familiarize themselves with the materials of the criminal case, which occupied more than 50 volumes. It is expected that familiarization with materials of such a large volume will take at least two months. All five accused bloggers are on a court decision under the subscription of the lower room.

The Ufa Gubernskaya website, whose owners have not been known for sure, has existed since 2006, registered in Arizona (USA). In May 2008, on the fact of publication on this site, some chapters from Ayrat Dilmukhametov’s book “Warriors against Bastards”, later recognized as extremist, a criminal case was instituted.

Dilmukhametov was arrested in April 2009 on charges of extremist activity in connection with the publications of his articles in the non -governmental newspaper Maidan, in which he "allowed a public call to a forcibly change in the foundations of the constitutional system and violation of the integrity of the Russian Federation." In March 2008, according to the prosecutor’s request, the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa recognized the site extremist and achieved the closure of the republic with access to this resource.
