First, she sent a message to the page of The New Times on the social network “In contact”: “Hello, they told me about you ...)) Many different, interesting ...) that you are a cool guy))))”. In the next letter, she said: “We have a boy Ilya Yashin in common friends, he just told you that you are friends and work together)))”.

“Ilya Yashin’s boy” by that time - and that was August 22, 2008 - was already 25 years old, he was the leader of the Yabloko youth and was a member of the Committee on the creation of the Democratic Movement “Solidarity”.

The next electronic message came on September 17: “Hello))) What about the meeting? on the weekend ?? " Then the 19th: "Are you on the weekend in Moscow?" Anastasia Chukova - so she introduced herself - became more persistently: “Maybe we will meet tomorrow ??? In the afternoon or evening ?? mm?" (September 20), "When can you ??" (September 23). Intuition suggested: something is not right here. The events of the last weeks of March showed that the fears were not in vain.

Sex, Drugs and ..?
For two years that have passed since the start of this provocation, to date, about a dozen politicians, human rights activists, and journalists have got into the processing of girls. As readers wrote on the blog of one of the “hit”, Ilya Yashin (who frankly talked about his adventures in the apartment in the Moscow district of the Nagatinsky Zaton, a few minutes walk from the Kolomenskoye park): “Ready to join the ranks of the opposition, since heifers and cokes are free.” So the Internet reacted to the most frank video dedicated to the chief editor of the Russian Newsweek magazine Mikhail Fishman. And in the story with Yashin, and in the story of Fishman, the apartment and girls were the same. The reality show in the genre of Sex, Drugs, No Rock & Roll preceded something else-from the series “Do not allow these liberals, political scientists and journalists to smear the mud of our valiant police officers”: a hidden camera installed in the car of the traffic police was filmed as political scientist Dmitry Oreshkin, one of the leaders. “Solidarity” Ilya Yashin and journalist Mikhail Fishman allegedly give bribes to employees of the road inspectorate. Both videos on the Internet were distributed by bloggers from the pro -Kremlin youth movements “Our”, “Young Guards”, “Young Russia”.

So, the operation, which aimed at discrediting opposition politicians and journalists of non -state publications, began in August 2008. Ekaterina Gerasimova and Anastasia Chukova (nicknames on the Internet Mumu and Chux) acted as a bait. Gerasimova, as it turned out later, worked for the benefit of her homeland in the modeling agency "Progress" (the time of the word "modernization" has not yet come). They found potential victims through social networks “in contact” and “Odnoklassniki.ru”.

There they met Ilya Yashin - it was in August 2008. “Katya - a pretty long -legged brunette - made an impression on me / .../ They went to the cinema, dined in a restaurant. One Saturday night I took her from the club and drove her home by car - to the same apartment near the Kolomenskaya metro station. There we slept with her, ”Ilya Yashin told in his blog already in March 2010, expecting the appearance of a reality show with us in his blog. Actually, he especially had nothing to lose: young, unmarried - when still to twist the novels, if not now? By the way: the Internet took Yashin’s revelations with a bang: few opposition rally brought a policy more popularity than this forced confession.
The apartment of the girl Katya was unremarkable: the usual “odnushka” in the panel “Khrushchev”: “At the entrance - a bicycle, in the room there is a large sofa, a stool with a laptop. A cabinet with a large number of books that remained, apparently from previous residents, ”Yashin says now. No striking features. Yashin did not notice hidden cameras in the apartment, however, he did not look much. He was alert only when two persons were in front of him at once-the Chux was already added to Mumu-and they laid out purchases from a sex shop, including toys for sadomasochist entertainment, and then cocaine. To understand what was happening, minutes have gone - Yashin did not appear more in a golden apartment, but since then I have been waiting for when and what would appear on the Internet.

The New Times correspondent was not able to visit this glorious apartment. The provocation from the first minute was too obvious. Although Nastya - she is Chux - was extremely persistent. She talked about herself: he lives in the metro area of ​​1905 Street, works as a manager in the mother’s real estate company. The company's office is located in the Taganskaya metro area. In November 2008, apparently, I realized: the client came across a difficult - and disappeared for almost a year and a half. And in early March, already 2010, she appeared again. I scheduled a date - at night from March 19 to 20: exactly 2 days before the scandalous video with Mikhail Fishman appeared on the Internet. Since then I have not called.

Raid

In parallel with the series "Mumu + Chux" another story unfolded. In October 2008, a certain Inessa Lanskaya, represented by an Express Gazeta correspondent, began collecting information on the same social networks: she found old friends-classmates, or fellow students, or former colleagues of a number of politicians and journalists. She offered an nonsense work: to drain her incriminating evidence for her persons who interest her and promised 20 thousand rubles for valuable information. The circle of interests of Lanskaya included: the leader of the United Civil Front and the world chess champion Harry Kasparov, the editor -in -chief of Echo of Moscow, Alexei Venediktov, publicist Dmitry Bykov, journalists Mikhail Rostov (Moskovsky Komsomolets), Julia Taratuta (Kommersant, now Russian Newsweek), Mikhail) Fishman ("Russian Newsweek"), Ilya Barabanov (The New Times). The New Times correspondent about the strange requests of the journalist was warned by the classmate. The operation failed after Lanskaya in its search reached the leader of the “We” movement of Roman Dobrokhotov: to meet her, he appeared with a video operator and a voice recorder.

And finally: according to The New Times, the videos of a compromising nature on disagreements were ordered as a whole series - the continuation may appear on the network in the very near future.
