On the European territory of Russia, the anticyclone will retain its influence in the middle zone and eastern regions. In the northwest, the weather will be formed under the influence of a cyclone. And the southwest will be affected by the atmospheric fronts of a cyclonic vortex moving along the southern shores of the Black Sea. In the northwestern regions on Tuesday, in the front part of the cyclone, there will be light rain in places, daytime temperatures will be +8...+13оС, dropping to +5...+11оС on Wednesday. In the central region, in the crest of the anticyclone, there is generally no precipitation; light rain can freshen the air only in the extreme western regions; during the day the air will warm up to +11...+17оС. In the Black Earth Region it is sunny and dry, at midday +10...+16оС, on Tuesday in the south in some places up to +18оС. In the south of European Russia the weather is mostly rainless, +12...+17оС, in some places +19...+22оС.

In the capital there is no precipitation, at night +1...+3оС, during the day +13...+15оС, weak wind.

In St. Petersburg there is light rain, at night +1...+3оС, during the day +11...+13оС.

In most of the European territory of Russia, the weather will remain warm and quite comfortable for most people. And only an increased background of atmospheric pressure will negatively affect the well-being of those who suffer from cardiovascular diseases, primarily hypertension, vegetative-vascular dystonia, and cerebral atherosclerosis. In the south of Russia, where plants have begun to bloom, people prone to allergies should pay more attention to their health. Strong gusty winds in the region can increase depression in people with psycho-emotional disorders and provoke anxiety attacks and sleep disturbances. Additional stress on the body these days can create disturbances in the geomagnetic field, especially on Wednesday, when they will be most significant.
