There is one bright star in the gray scientific and political horizon. While others boringly report on achievements or regret what has been lost in recent decades, this man, as assertive as a tank, shines with optimism and is ready to take on large-scale, one might even say, epoch-making projects. Nothing is impossible for him; he is ready to lead our country into a new technological order.
